With the increasingly global economy,the rapid development of information technology,customer demand for personalized,discrete manufacturing enterprises not only face the external fierce competitive environment,and its internal production model has also undergone a change in nature,enterprises not only to produce high-quality products,But also should have efficient production efficiency.Enterprises want to survive in the transition,it must be customer-oriented.It has become the theme of enterprise development how to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.The discrete operation workshop is changed from the original extensive production management way to the restricted production management mode.The enterprise has changed from the traditional batch flow production mode to the lean production mode.The traditional scheduling model is no longer satisfied by the batch flow and the single and there is a lot of time wasted in the process of non-processing,the manufacturing enterprises need to make reasonable arrangements for equipment resources to improve equipment utilization.Therefore,aiming at the problems existing in the transformation of the production mode of discrete manufacturing enterprises,this paper proposes a mixed-flow production scheduling method based on equipment resource constraints,and studies and develops a set of discrete job shop scheduling management system based on MES,so as to Auxiliary discrete manufacturing enterprises to complete the scheduling management,improve production efficiency.Firstly,the present situation of discrete job shop scheduling is analyzed,and it is concluded that the mixed product flow is the manufacturing trend of the enterprise,and the scheduling set is optimized according to the capability matching criterion of manufacturing unit.On this basis,the mixed flow scheduling based on equipment resource constraint Optimization model,optimization goal for the completion time,the use of improved genetic algorithm for its calculation,the use of examples to verify the feasibility of the model for the allocation of resources to the allocation of resources to ensure that the task smoothly.Secondly,we analyze and study the disturbing factors existing in the actual operation workshop,and then classify these abnormal events,and put forward the processing methods for the abnormal situation,that is,the dynamic scheduling method,and the construction of the traffic situation based on the abnormal situation.Finally,based on the above research contents and research results,the scheduling strategy is used to realize the mixed flow production.Based on the scheduling strategy,the manufacturing enterprise designs and develops a set of discrete job shop scheduling management based on MES System,including scheduling data management,capacity matching management and scheduling optimization management of the three basic functions.Taking a machine shop as an example,the system is applied to it and achieved good application effect.
