Combined with the characteristic of enterprise informatization investment allocation,this dissertation builds an enterprise informatization investment decision model,which is the objective of this research.The enterprise should consider whether they need to make informatization investment by Informatization Investment.Competition Model,when to solve the informatization investment problem with Enterprise Informatization Investment Timing-Decision Model,and how to allocate,resources for enterprise by using Enterprise Informatization Allocation Model.These analyses build a theory for informatization upgrade,investment and solve the practical,problem of investment decision in the process of informatization upgrading period.It will help firm choose the upgrade-timing interval and reduce losses from blindly decision.Specifically,we mainly introduce the following aspects from this research:(1)Building enterprise informatization investment competition model between different business groups.Using option-game theory to make informatization investment decision,combined with numerical simulation method to obtain the optimal investment strategy.(2)Building enterprise informatization timing decision model,this based on Quantile regression model in timing domain.Volatility,nondeterminacy implicity diversity and invisibility should be considered.It will improve the correlation between the model and information.(3)Building bi-level Objective Particle Swarm Optimization for enterprise informatization investment allocation.In this model,ensure parent company get the maximum sales revenue.Subsidiary just considers their profit.This model is in line with the real situation in company.(4)Improved particle swarm algorithm.Compare with traditional particle swarm optimization algorithm,the new algorithm which is mentioned in the research will improve the computing speed and local extreme value problem.Specifically,through the experiment,the inertia weight is leaded in and used in the whole process of sailing bi-level programming problem.That is the general method.BLOPSO algorithm,which provide a high-level global solution. |
