The Research On The Entrepreneurial Of Focal Enterprises And Cluster Upgrading

Under the new normal of economy,cutting industrial capacity,destocking,deleveraging,cost-cutting,improving weakness,promoting the reform of supplying side structure,the economic growth requires more innovation drive.Industry cluster as an important cornerstone for economic development and one of the most mian vehicles of industrial systerm construction,its growth and development have a strong effect on economic growth,employment,opening source,expanding exports.A case study of the footwear industry cluster,Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta,Bohai Delta,the three major economic circle of the radiation center of the industrial cluster of the total output of the country has accounted for more than 70%of the total production of shoes and clothing,but with changes in the international and domestic economic situation,stage process of industrial economy,lower level the traditional industrial chain of industrial clusters,the focal enterprise lack of competitiveness,insufficient innovation ability,locked path,high outward dependence,and other features appear gradually,all these characteristics restricted the further development of the clusters.The risk of corporate fund chain rupture increased by the decline of cluster enterprise' orders,it is especially significant and urgent to realize the the transformation of traditional industrial clusters to the modern industrial clusters and to build up modern industial clusters in accordance with the actual characteristics of all parts of the country.On the problem of how to upgrade the clusters,the research achievements of industrial cluster network provide a new perspective for the study of cluster upgrading.However,in the process of cluster network entrepreneurial conduct promoting the cluster upgrading,the heterogeneity among the enterprises in the cluster,the diversity of the cluster network relationship,the complexity of the transmission path and so on,all these characteristics make it difficult to pursue the research on the industrial cluster upgrading from the dual-angle of qualitatively and quantitatively.(1)The complexity of the real cluster network,the previous studies are difficult to effectively identify the different network structure of the cluster organization,it can not deeply reveal the heterogeneity of enterprises in different networks on the entrepreneurial process,either.(2)The existing researches emphasize the qualitative analysis of the focus of enterprise,but in the focal entrepreneurial research,it needs to place the focal enterprises into the cluster network in qualitative and quantitative correlation analysis,needs to study the characteristics of focal enterprise and cluster network,and the complex relationship of cluster entrepreneurial and cluster upgrading.(3)In the face of increasingly complex and dynamic environment,the static periodic results at the present of the entrepreneurial and upgrading of cluster network are unable to grasp the internal mechanism which is the entrepreneurial of focal enterprises behavior influence the cluster upgrading in cluster network conduction,even can not propose effective network management strategies.According to these questions,this paper researches the internal mechanism between entrepreneurial of focal enterprises,entrepreneurial conduction and cluster upgrading by taking the focus enterprise in the cluster network as the emphrase for reseach,the behavior of cluster upgrading as explanatory variable,the competence of cluster enterprise' entrepreneurship as intermediate variable,based on the cluster network features of focus enterprises as explanatory variable.And it applies the method of muli-case,then concludes the intrinsic link hypothesis of cluster network characteristics,cluster entrepreneurial ability and cluster upgrading behavior based on the focal enterprise through the case studies of cluster upgrading,such as Xiaoshan chemical fiber industry cluster,Jiaxing port chemical industry cluster and Cixi household appliance industry cluster,taking the causes of the market types,the advantages and disadvantages,and the upgrading behavior as case study,the examples of market-based type industrial cluster are as follows:Huangyan mold industry cluster in Zhejiang Province,central satellite type industrial cluster,Zhoushan shiping industrial cluster,mixed mode type industrial cluster and Ningbo gaement industrial cluster,analyzing the evolution mechanism of the cluster upgrading of focus enterprise conduction.And using structural equation model,through analyzing 196 sample questionaires of industrial cluster of Longgang footwear in Shenzhen and verifying the relevant relationship by empirical research based on cluster network characteristics,cluster entrepreneurial ability,and cluster upgrading behavior of focus enterprises.Finally,this paper uses complex network theory,constructs simulation platform of cluster network by Java Script and CSS,and carries out the dynamic simulation research on the process of cluster upgrading of focus enterprise entrepreneurial conduct in the three cluster network types,on the basis of this,it concludes a scientific strategy which is incentive and security to the industrial cluster upgrading,provides a theoretical base for promoting the cluster upgrading and facilitating the sustainable development of regional economy.Through the analysis of these studies,the main conclusions of this paper are:Firstly,Cluster upgrading is a dynamic evolution process.The entrepreneurial of focus enterprise and entrepreneurial conduct promote cluster upgrading.The focus enterprise is not only an important part of the cluster network structure,but also the key node of cluster network entrepreneurial conduction promoting cluster upgrading,it also has a postive impact on the behavior of cluster upgrading based on clusternetwork characteristics of focal enterprises and entrepreneurial ability of cluster enterprises which followed by progressive.Secondly,because of the postive correlate between the characteristics of network structure of focus enterprise and the cluster entrepreneurial ability.The stronger of the center of network structure,the stronger of the ability of innovation,the ability of the cluster and the ability of resource operation;the more important of the network relationship,the more steady of the innovation ability of the cluster enterprise,the ability of the cluster opportunity correlation and the resources operation ability is,the openness of network get higher with the better innovation ability of cluster enterprise,correlation ability of cluster opportunity and resouces operation ability.Thirdly,the entrepreneurial ability of cluster enterprise is positively related to the behavior of cluster upgrading.The stronger of the innovation ability,the opportunity related ability and the resource operation ability,the more easily the cluster upgrade behavior occurs.Forthly,it is established a one to one mapping relationship between the three types of industrial clusters and the three complex networks.This article creativity defines the concepts of upgrade cycle of the cluster network,the independent upgrading and the guided upgrading and so on,and researches and analyzies the dynamic upgrading process qualitatively and quantitatively.Under the same initial condition:industrial cluster contains the same number of enterprises and the average value of the network is the same,the upgrading cycle of the market type,the central satellite type and the mixed mode type is:conduction time of guided upgrading<conduction time of autonomous upgrading.The upgrading cycle of cluster network under the same condition is:central satellite type clusters<mixed mode clusters<market style clusters.It further verifies the important role of the focus enterprise in the process of cluster upgrading.Fifthly,for the different networks,it needs to use different incentive security policies of industrial cluster upgrading.The market cluster network needs to encourage every step,to cultiave focus enterprises actively and to play a leading role in focus enterprises.The central satellite type cluster network should pay attention to the coordinated development of the focus enterprises and non-focus enterprises,for the superior strength enterprises,once the upgrading fails,the entire clusters will quickly be damaged.Therefore,it should improve the openness of the networks,reduce the risk of clusters,so that it can have a sustainable green development during the process of the network upgrading.For the mixed mode type cluster network,it is necessary to pursue common development between focus enterprises and non-focus enterprises.
