| It is an vital measure for deepening supply-side reform and promoting high-quality economic development to cultivate a number of world-class advanced manufacturing clusters and promote global manufacturing powers to become manufacturing powers.At present,there are many industrial clusters with different development in China,but the overall development is in a recession period,so it is very important to improve their competitiveness.At the same time,industrial cluster is an important organizational form of modern industrial development.In this context,the wood and bamboo industry has a good development prospects and the same bottleneck.It is urgent to adjust the spatial layout of industrial organization structure and upgrade the cluster.Through sorting out the existing research,industrial cluster research involves three fields: economics,management and sociology.The basic theories include division of labor and specialization theory,location theory,international trade theory,competitiveness and strategy theory,global value chain theory,resource dependence and core competence theory,industry module theory,culture theory,social network and social capital theory.The basic theories of industrial cluster upgrading include externality theory,innovation ecosystem theory,industrial structure theory and global value chain theory.It can be concluded that the study of industrial clusters incorporates indivisible economic,social and spatial factors.Network organization is an important form of economic organization division of labor,and has the characteristics of complex social network.Taking the wood and bamboo industrial cluster in Yeji District of Lu'an City as an example,this paper collects data through field investigation,combines the theory of complex social network,applies the method of complex social network analysis,and promotes the elements of technical resources,knowledge,capital,information and loyalty according to the links of cooperation and development,technical exchanges,upstream and downstream trade chains,family support and so on among the units in the cluster from2010 to 2018.Flow within the cluster,build the technology network,trade network and trust network within the cluster.Then,using the average path length,agglomerationcoefficient,small-world characteristics,block model and other network indicators,the structural characteristics of technology,trade and trust networks are systematically evaluated.On this basis,the paper identifies the influencing factors of wood and bamboo industry cluster.Through the correlation and causality test of technology,trade and trust network from 2010 to 2018,the development degree of cluster technology,trade and trust network in different years is obtained,and the degree of mutual contribution is obtained.Then,the influencing factors of technology,trade and trust network were selected,and QAP analysis method was used to identify the factors affecting the evolution of wood and bamboo industrial cluster network from 2010 to 2018.Based on the analysis results,the main problems in the upgrading of the wood and bamboo industrial cluster were determined.Finally,based on the basic theory of industrial cluster upgrading,the most suitable upgrade path was obtained.Through the analysis,in the upgrading of wood and bamboo industrial clusters in2010-2018,although it has some advantages,such as increasing network scale,breaking the lock-in of network structure,self-organizing characteristics and so on.However,there are still some problems,such as insufficient network maturity,gaps in network functions,and constraints in network evolution.Therefore,the upgrading of wood and bamboo industrial cluster needs to take the following specific paths: introducing appropriate institutions,improving the organization of technology,trade and trust network;expanding spillover degree,increasing the synergy of technology,trade and trust network;solving restrictive factors and promoting the development of technology,trade and trust network. |
