Nowadays in the knowledge-based economic environment,knowledge has become an important factor of production and critical competitive resources for business success,therefore effective management of knowledge has become the focus and development strategy of enterprises.With the rise and development of Web 2.0,the traditional way of knowledge creation,propagation and sharing is changed and the space-time of information exchange is broadened.Meanwhile,some new problems of knowledge management have presented themselves.Facing the contradiction between information explosion,cognitive overload and effective knowledge sharing and knowledge use,enterprises are in urgent need of new strategies and methods of knowledge management in the Web 2.0 environment.Therefore,aiming at the problems of enterprises' knowledge sharing and use in the Web 2.0 environment,this paper researches formation mechanism of group knowledge based on social tagging,incentive mechanism of motivating employees to tagging enterprises' resources actively,quality guarantee mechanism of social tagging and so on,based on the dissecting of information thought and technical principle of social tagging.Details are as follows:(1)The paper builds a spiral model of group knowledge formation based on social tagging.Beginning with the research on social tagging which is the technical base and swarm intelligence which is the theoretical base,this paper analyzes the information thought,technical principle,advantages and disadvantages of social tagging and emergence of swarm intelligence in social tagging,defines the concept of group knowledge,analyzes the formation mechanism of group knowledge based on social tagging and the process of knowledge transformation in the formation process of group knowledge,builds a spiral model of group knowledge formation based on social tagging,and then elucidates the specific process,method and critical problems needed to be solved of applying social tagging to form group knowledge by network mining.Through experiment,this paper simulates and demonstrates the process of group knowledge forming proposed in this paper.(2)The paper proposes a knowledge mining method based on the topology potential theory which applies to tag network.First,this paper proposes an improved model of social tagging system which allows users to tag relations between tags,proposes a method based on group evaluation for tagging the relations between tags,and constructs the tag network.Next,by comparing community detection methods based on clustering coefficient with those based on the topology potential theory,this paper proposes a knowledge mining method based on the topology potential theory which applies to tag network and realizes the mining of cognitive consensus on resources of employee group in social tagging systems.(3)The paper proposes a method of reconstructing the tag network based on an improved method of acquaintance immunization.The progressivity of cognition decides that of the process of group knowledge forming.To timely reflect employees' new cognition of resources in tag network,this paper proposes a strategy of tag network reconstruction,improves the acquaintance immunization method based on analyzing immunization methods which apply to complex network,proposes a reconstruction method of network based on the improved method of acquaintance immunization proposed in this paper,determines the time when to reconstruct the tag network,realizes the reconstruction of tag network and the spiral rising process of group knowledge formation.(4)The paper builds a frame model of incentive mechanism for motivating employees to participate actively in enterprises' resources tagging.Tags are the basis and the source of the formed group knowledge based on social tagging as micro-knowledge shared by the staff through social tagging.To guarantee the number of tags for providing the necessary knowledge source needed for forming group knowledge,this paper builds a frame model of incentive mechanism which motivates employees to participate actively in enterprises'resources tagging,designs a series of incentive mechanisms,based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs and performance appraisal method,to increase employees' participation in enterprises'resources tagging,which designs a series of strategies and safeguard measures of increasing employee participation from material aspect and spiritual aspect respectively.The aforementioned work guarantees the number of tags in social tagging systems.(5)The paper builds a frame model of the quality assurance mechanism of enterprises'resources tagging.The quality of tags decides the quality of the formed group knowledge based on social tagging.Therefore,to guarantee the quality of tags,this paper proposes a concept of performance evaluation through swarm intelligence,improves the current social tagging systems,builds a frame model which provides an overall process quality assurance mechanism from guiding of tagging motivation,regulating the behavior of tagging to evaluating of tagging result,which guarantees the quality of tags through guiding of employees' tagging motivation and regulating the employees' behavior of tagging,a kind of basis soft constraint,and evaluating of tagging result,a kind of assurance,and then designs the corresponding quality assurance mechanisms from technology level and institutional aspect respectively.Through the aforementioned work,the tag quality can be ensured.Knowledge management has become a research focus in many fields in the era of knowledge-based economy.The research on the formation mechanism of group knowledge based on social tagging not only has a theoretical significance for improving and enriching relevant theories of collaborative cognitive and knowledge management,but also provides an efficient knowledge sharing and creating method in the Web 2.0 environment for enterprises,which is low-cost,easy to implement and contributes to forming the enterprise culture of sharing and the spirit of cooperation.In addition,the formed group knowledge is useful for knowledge retrieval and filtration.Therefore,the research in this paper contributes to promoting social tagging in knowledge management and to creating more possibilities of knowledge management in enterprise and organization,and so it is instructive to the practice of knowledge management.
