First, this study summarizes the relationship between domestic and foreign knowledgesharing, virtual community of knowledge sharing and business decisions characteristics ofdevelopment and research, combined with mentors to develop research topics; Obtainedthrough a literature review on the contents of the field is still a lack of empirical researchpoint of view, at the guidance of mentors survey methods to be adopted solve the contents ofthis empirical research, build models and research validated the hypothesis results areexpected to reach the results of this study, provides a new way for thinking business decisionson current problems. Finally, through the results of this study provide a reference advice forenterprise decision-making how to gather for business relevant information about consumers,competitors and suppliers as well as governance provides a selective approach.Specific processes including:①research background and significance of the introduction,research purposes and research methods to achieve;②Summary of the literature knowledgesharing virtual communities at home and abroad, knowledge sharing, enterprisedecision-making, etc.③theoretical foundation and hypotheses, these theories are mainlybased on this study, introduce popular vocabulary;④questionnaire design and data collectionquality control and error analysis;⑤data processing, carried out using SPSS softwarereliability and validity testing, factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis,and then the simulation results of the path of the show;⑥research summary and outlook,and provides a reference observations enterprise decision-making.
