A Comparative Study The Socialist Market Economic System Between China And Vietnam

China and Vietnam started to reform their economic system in seventies and eighties of the last century.In theory,the two countries have adhered to socialist model of development and by adopting Marxism Leninism law as a guide;in practice,the two countries adhere to the market as a means to adhere to the road suited to their own characteristics.Although,the road was hard to explore,the two countries brought reforms in their economy that was tailored to their needs where by China established ?socialist market economic system? while Vietnam established ?socialist oriented market economy system?.Interestingly,the two countries were facing the same economic challenges in building a socialist market economic system,including the transformation of government controlling the corruption,reducing the unemployment rate,adjusting the economic structure,preventing the economic bubble,and narrowing the gap between rich and poor.The two countries were aware of the seriousness of these issues and were determined to introduce reforms so that the broad masses of people can truly share the achievements socialist economic system.The objective of this paper is to analyze the similarities and differences in approaches that the two countries,China and Vietnam,adopted in bringing socialist economic reforms.The results would be beneficial for other countries that are interested in introducing social economic reforms.Contents of this dissertation can be categorized in seven chapters: The first chapter,the author expounds the research origin,the research purpose,the theoretical value and practical significance of the research,explains the research method,the logical framework,and defines and clarifies the related concepts.The second chapter discusses and traces the theoretical basis and background of the construction of the socialist market economic system between China and Vietnam,and seeks the theoretical and realistic starting point for the establishment and operation of the economic system of the two countries.The third chapter and the fourth chapter combing the construction of China's socialist market economic system,including China's reform and opening up the socialist market economic system development process and content and the social achievements achieved,the Vietnamese socialist market economy system construction process and effectiveness and content and effectiveness.The fifth chapter and the sixth chapter,the focus of the two countries socialist market economic system construction were compared to find the two economies of the socialist market economic system construction similarities and differences,and from the construction of the socialist market economic system between China and Vietnam is largely based on the lessons learned from each other and absorb the conclusions.The seventh chapter of this article,focusing on the China-Vietnamese socialist market economic system construction problems and future trends,and get some inspiration.The implementation of the socialist oriented market economy in Vietnam is largely inspired by China's reform and opening-up.It is based on the experience and lessons learned from the study of China's economic development,and has created a suitable economic development for its own characteristics road.The study of the socialist market economic system between China and Vietnam not only provide a reference for promoting the development of the socialist market economy in the two countries,but also promote the development of friendship between China and Vietnam.
