Research Into Fair Distribution Of Wealth On Condition Of Socialist Market-oriented Economy

Realize fair distribution of wealth is the requirement of Socialism. On condition of socialist market-oriented economy, market becomes the most important role of recourses collocation and distribution of wealth. Overview experience of other counties that practice market-oriented economy, it is a good tool to improve productivity and to optimize recourses collocation, but not guarantee to fair distribution of wealth, most of the times cause unfair distribution. How to ensure fair wealth distribution on condition of socialist market-oriented economy is not only an academic issue, but also a realistic requirement.The firs part of this paper analyses basic concepts such as"wealth","wealth distribution","socialism"and"market-oriented economy"and give conclusion with the viewpoint of Marxism. The second part concludes and gives comments to 30 years practice of China's socialist market-oriented economy that began from reform and opening. China's wealth distribution practice of this period divides into three parts:"distribution according to work","inclusion of production factors in distribution"and"establishment of social security system". This part also discusses main bodies and features of"distribution of wealth on condition of socialist market-oriented economy"and to table a proposal of principles of how to achieve fair distribution of wealth on condition of socialist market-oriented economy: put aim to fulfill common prosperity, perfect the social security system and encourage social allocation. The third part base on the analyze of China's practice of distribution of wealth on condition of socialist market-oriented economy, point out the realistic factors that influent fair distribution of wealth and give suggestions to solve the problems.
