In 1965,L.A.Zadeh,a professor at the University of California in the United States,founded the fuzzy set theory,which goes beyond the scope of the traditional set,and is widely used in the uncertainty decision making.Many scholars have carried out the research and expansion of fuzzy sets,among of them,Atanassov who provided intuitionistic fuzzy sets,which include membership degree,non membership degree and hesitation degree.When facing with the group decision making,the decision makers are often hesitant and indecisive and unable to convince each other to reach an agreement.In order to solve this problem,Torra and Narukawa put forward another generalized form of fuzzy set,namely,the fuzzy set(HFS).As the extended form of fuzzy set,Hesitant fuzzy set has its unique advantages,which can better play the advantages of group decision making.Because of those advantages HFS causes the interesting of many scholars.Since 1982,Chinese scholars Deng Julong founded the grey system theory;Liu Sifeng professor has been generalized to solve the problem of "small data","poor information" uncertain system decision problem with effective solutions.Based on the research of grey system theory,this paper studies the multiple attribute decision making problem of intuitionistic fuzzy,hesitant fuzzy.And then,the grey hesitant fuzzy set is proposed.The grey system decision-making method is applied to the grey hesitant fuzzy group decision making.The application range of the grey system is extended,which also provides a new way to solve the hesitant fuzzy group decision.The research results of this paper are summarized as follows:(1)With the connotation researching of grey sets and intuitionistic fuzzy sets,the conversion method of grey sets and intuitionistic fuzzy set is proposed;And then,nuclear with up-down deviation value theory is put forward,which effectively solves the hesitant fuzzy information processing bias problem.At the same time,hesitant fuzzy set of grey set conversion method is proposed.After the conversion of grey sets,grey correlation is used to determine the weight of index attribute.At last,grey possibility degree is used to order the options to solve the hesitant fuzzy decision making problem.With the conversion of two sets,grey hesitant fuzzy set is proposed.(2)Based on the study of grey hesitant fuzzy multiple attribute group decision making with grey correlation,the decision making method of grey correlation combined with TOPSIS and VIKOR are proposed respectively.At last,the group decision method is put forward,which is based on the combination of grey correlation and core with grey degree.(3)Research on the method of fuzzy group decision making based on the theory of behavioral decision making.With the study of the score function of grey hesitant fuzzy elements based on the nuclear and grey degree,the the related decision method with prospect theory is put forward;Combined with the idea of collaborative,the index values are standardized with coordination degree and corrected with scheme of factor.At last,the variable weight grey hesitant fuzzy group decision making method is put forward.(4)Research on the method of fuzzy multiple attribute group decision making based on grey language.The grey language is extended to the grey hesitant fuzzy group decision making.The group decision methods included the method with GLWAA aggregation and the method combined the grey correlation and the kernels with grey degree are proposed respectively.(5)Study on the case of aircraft main manufacturer to select and evaluate the suppliers.A supplier performance evaluation of a large domestic aircraft operation company case is studied.Firstly,the influencing factors of the performance evaluation index system are analyzed,and then,the six levels index systems are established,and so on the evaluation indexs are studied.At last,the management levels of suppliers are orded with the grey hesitant fuzzy numbers and grey language hesitant fuzzy numbers respectively.According to the two results,a method of comprehensive grey relational degree is used to evaluate the management levels of the suppliers systematically.
