Multiple criteria decision making(MCDM)problem has broad application backgrounds in economics,management and engineering,such as venture capital problem,selection of enterprise personal and facility location problem,etc.Therefore,it is an important topic in decision field to research on MCDM problem.In recent years,the MCDM problem has paid more attentions for scholars,and has abundant research results.However,as the complexity of the environment in reality,the complexity of decision problems and the diversity of decision maker's cognitions and preferences,the decision maker usually faces on MCDM problem with some complicated situations.So far,the researches on MCDM problem with several complicated situations are scattered.It has not been researched systematically.Thus,after analyzing complicated factors in MCDM,with respect to MCDM problems with some complicated situations,the purpose of the thesis is to make a theoretical analysis and methodological research.Five research works are conducted as follows.(1)With respect to MCDM with interval stochastic variables,after giving the description of problem and research framework,a novel method based on interval stochastic dominance is proposed.First,the definition of interval stochastic variable and the method for determining its cumulative distribution function are given.Then three types of interval stochastic dominance(ISD)rules and the definition of interval stochastic dominance degree(ISDD)are presented.Further,a novel decision analysis method based on interval stochastic dominance is proposed.(2)With respect to MCDM problem with criterion 2-tuple aspirations in which the criterion values are stochastic variables,after giving the description of problem and research framework,a novel decision analysis method is proposed.Specifically,with respect to the criteria values in formats of discrete and continuous stochastic variables,considering the criterion 2-tuple aspirations and stochastic decision matrix,a method based on satisfaction degrees and utility values is proposed.(3)With respect to determination MCDM problem considering decision maker's psychological behavior,after giving the description of problem and research framework,two decision analysis methods are proposed.Specifically,with respect to MCDM problem with correlated criteria,a novel C-TODIM decision making method is proposed.With respect to MCDM problem with interval numbers,a novel I-TODIM decision making method is proposed.(4)With respect to risky MCDM problem considering decision maker's psychological behavior,after giving the description of problem and research framework,two decision analysis methods are proposed.Specifically,with respect to risky MCDM problem without criterion aspirations,considering the regret and disappointment behaviors of decision maker,a method based on regret theory and disappointment theory is proposed.With respect to risky MCDM problem with criterion aspirations,considering the loss aversion and disappointment aversion behaviors of decision maker,a method based on prospect theory and disappointment theory is proposed.(5)With respect to MCDM problem with stochastic variables considering decision maker's psychological behavior,after giving the description of problem and research framework,decision analysis methods associated with two situations are proposed.Specifically,with respect to MCDM problem with single point L type 2-tuple aspirations,considering the disappointment behavior of decision maker,a method based on disappointment stochastic dominance is proposed.With respect to MCDM problem with multiple forms 2-tuple aspirations,a method considering the regret aversion behavior of decision maker is proposed.The methods for MCDM problem considering some complicated situations in this paper can enrich and develop the theories and methods of the MCDM.They also provide the some reference values for developing the complicated MCDM theories and methods.The proposed methods can solve the MCDM problem with some complicated situations.The proposed theories and methods can be used to solve many practical decision problems,such as selection of new product with stochastic variables,selection of emergency alternative considering decision maker's behaviors,risk investment decision and selection of ports distribution center with criterion aspirations and so on.
