The Research Of Enterprise Innovation Based On The Industry-University-research Cooperative Network Embeddedness

With the promotion of national policy and the requirement of market development,The strategic dominant status of enterprises in the cooperation of Industry-University-Research(IUR)is gradually rising.In recent years,the network mode brings the cooperation of IUR into a new stage,the network form of IUR cooperation in China is also advancing,formed a number of IUR cooperative innovation network with enterprises as the core nodes,universities and research institutes as the joint nodes,leading the development of China's innovation to the new step.The IUR cooperative network is an effective way to promote the enterprises' innovative ability,the IUR cooperative network can help the enterprise innovation and get the products into the market to revitalize performance more quickly,meanwhile the enterprises can constantly acquire,absorb and utilize the technology resources,economic resources and productivity factors in the IUR cooperative network,promoting the innovative ability.But most of the enterprises don't treat the IUR cooperative network embeddedness as a critical innovative resource,therefore,revealing the impact of the IUR cooperative network embeddedness on enterprise innovation,analysing the enterprise innovative principle,constructing the enterprise innovative mechanism,improving the network resource utilization are the keys to promote the enterprise innovative dominant status and to make full use of the IUR cooperative network in the enterprises' innovative process.This research is to analyze the IUR cooperative network influence on the enterprises innovation with the IUR cooperative network embeddedness as basis and enterprise innovation as the research line,explains the enterprise innovative principle by the influence network embeddedness,constructs the enterprise innovative mechanism and safeguard measures based on the IUR cooperative network embeddedness.First,the research analyzes the definition and the characteristic of IUR cooperative network,including open,externality,evolution and complexity.By classifying and summarizing domestic and international research,this research defines the content and the characters of IUR cooperative network embeddedness,analyzes the enterprise innovation definition,constructs the enterprise innovation model based on the IUR cooperative network embeddedness,designs the research system based on the IUR cooperative network embeddedness.Second,this research subdivides the embeddedness into structural embeddedness and relational embeddedness,analyzes the IUR cooperative network structural and relational embeddedness'influence on the enterprise innovation,constructs the theoretical model of the IUR cooperative network embeddedness' influence on the enterprise innovation,describes IUR cooperative network the with the IUR cooperative patents of organic chemical industry in China and tests the structural and relational embeddedness' influence on the enterprise innovation.Third,this research analyzes the essence of the enterprise innovation in the IUR cooperative network is to form a dissipative structure and constructs the research framework of enterprise innovative principle based on IUR cooperative network embeddedness,then this research brings forward the dissipative structure's characters of the enterprise innovative based on the IUR cooperative network embeddedness,including open,nonlinearity,nonequilibrium,fluctuation.Though literature extraction,this paper proposes the positive and negative entropy flows during the enterprise innovation based on the IUR cooperative network embeddedness,analyzes the enterprise innovation constructs with the the positive and negative entropy flows and explains the Brusselator model of enterprise innovation,expounds how enterprise forms a dissipative structure during innovative process.Fourth,this paper sets up the enterprise innovative mechanism based on the IUR cooperative network embeddedness,applies case analysis to extract the enterprise resource acquisition strategy and the practice way based on the IUR cooperative network embeddedness,sets up the resource identification and acquisition mechanism based on the IUR cooperative network embeddedness;then this paper applies Gl-Vague-VIKOR and knowledge map to analyze the enterprise resource integration process,sets up the enterprise resource integration mechanism based on the IUR cooperative network embeddedness;uses projection pursuit and multiple mediation model to analyze the enterprise resource utilization process based on the IUR cooperative network embeddedness,sets up the enterprise resource utilization mechanism based on the IUR cooperative network embeddedness.Last,this research sets up enterprise innovative safeguard based on the IUR cooperative network embeddedness.The enterprise as innovation leader,university and research as innovation cooperative partners,government,financing institution and technology agency as innovation auxiliary partners are playing very important security effect in the enterprise innovative process based on the IUR cooperative network embeddedness.This paper puts forward the enterprise safeguard mechanism in enterprise innovation based on the IUR cooperative network embeddedness,the UR(university and research)safeguard mechanism based on the IUR cooperative network embeddedness and GFT(government,financing institution and financing institution)safeguard mechanism based on the IUR cooperative network embeddedness.Through the aboving study,this research clearly explains the concept and the characteristics of enterprise innovation based on the IUR cooperative network embeddedness,tests the the IUR cooperative network embeddedness' influence on enterprise innovation;analyzes the enterprise innovative principle with the influence of the IUR cooperative network embeddedness based on dissipation theory;in order to acquire,absorb and utilize the negative entropy flows in IUR cooperative network,this research sets up enterprise resource identification and acquisition mechanism,resource integration mechanism,resource utilization mechanism based on the IUR cooperative network embeddedness;sets up enterprise innovative running safeguard measures by enterprise,UR and GFT based on the IUR cooperative network embeddedness,providing countermeasure and suggestion for enterprise innovation based on the IUR cooperative network embeddedness.
