Study On The Promotiion Of Industry Cluster Competitiveness In China's Auto Aftermarket Based On Industry Chain Stability

To guide and promote the development of industrial clusters is of great significance for transforming the mode of economic development and promoting the development of regional economy.The competitiveness of industrial clusters is based on the dynamic integration of various factors of production.It takes the construction of the coordinated and efficient operation mechanism among the components of the industrial cluster as the core.Its goal is to enhance the overall performance and core competitive advantage of industrial clusters.The automobile aftermarket is the general term for all transactions that come around the car after it is sold.The level of competitiveness of industrial clusters is the decisive factor for the survival and development of a country or a region in the automobile industries.All kinds of organizations in the industry cluster are integrated to form the competitiveness of the automobile industry.These organizations follow the basic principles of the division of labor,establish mutual trust mechanism,form a comprehensive cooperation strategic alliance so that it can solve the employment problem and promote the development of economy.This paper studies the upgrading of the industry cluster competitiveness from the perspective of industrial chain stability,and the structure of the various parts as follows:The first chapter is the purpose,method and structure of the research.This chapter mainly describes the research background.It focuses on the great role of the automotive aftermarket cluster in the economic development of our country.Based on this,it puts forward the research questions and research purposes.This paper uses a variety of research and analysis methods,for example,the method of quantitative and qualitative,the method of empirical and normative.There are both comparative analysis of different regions and different perspectives,as well as corresponding institutional analysis and countermeasure thought.Besides that,this paper adopts the logical structure from the shallower to the deeper layers.The second chapter is the present situation and the analysis of basic theory.The chapter first reviews the related research on industrial chain and its stability,including the theory of industrial chain,the formation mechanism of industrial chain,the definition of industrial chain,and the stability of industrial chain.Then,the existing researches on the stability of industrial chain and the competitiveness of industrial clusters are summarized and sorted out.The research on the differences and linkages between industrial chain and industrial clusters,the stability of industrial chain and the competitiveness of industrial clusters are systematically reviewed.What's more,this paper analyses the theory from the formation mechanism of industrial cluster,to the dynamic mechanism and realization mode of industrial cluster development,and to the mechanism of the upgrading of the competitiveness of industrial clusters,the formation process and the interaction process based on the stability of the industrial chain.This part is the basis of the study.The third chapter is the correlation analysis between industrial chain stability and competitiveness of automobile aftermarket Industrial clusters.This chapter defines the stability of industrial chain,industrial clusters,competitiveness of industrial clusters,and the connotation of the aftermarket.It expounds the domestic and international automobile aftermarket development status,operation mode and business unit development.Discussing in detail the subdivision,driving factors,industrial characteristics and output value of the automobile aftermarket,and the development history and rules of the automobile aftermarket industry chain.It focuses on the typical correlation analysis between the stability of industrial chain and the competitiveness of automobile post market industrial cluster.In order to lay the foundation for establishing the evaluation index system of the competitiveness of automobile aftermarket clusters from the perspective of industrial chain stability.The fourth chapter is the evaluation index system of industry chain stability of automobile industry aftermarket.On the basis of defining the stability,the stability of the industrial chain and the stability of the post market industry chain of the automobile,the chapter puts forward the principles of constructing the evaluation index system,constructs the evaluation index system and explains the evaluation index system.The evaluation model of automobile industry chain stability is established,and the fuzzy evaluation matrix is constructed.On the basis of empirical analysis,four breakthroughs are put forward to create a complete post market detail,this paper defines the evaluation index selection,model construction and research hypothesis of the industry cluster competitiveness in the automobile aftermarket.Then the method of exploratory factor analysis is used to carry out the basic hypothesis test of the questionnaire design and estimation method,and the weight of the evaluation index system at different levels is determined.And we also make a basic judgement on the degree of influence of each factor on the competitiveness of the industrial cluster in the automobile aftermarket.The sixth chapter is the combination,empowerment and confirmatory analysis of the evaluation index system of industry cluster competitiveness in the automobile after market.The chapter on the part of the analysis,based on combination weighting results,the comprehensive evaluation and the Fuzzy AHP model to evaluate the index system of industry cluster.Secondly,taking the automobile aftermarket in Chengdu as an example to validate the combination and weighting of the index system.Through these examples,it is proved that the evaluation index system is reasonable,and the chosen evaluation method is feasible.It provides an effective reference for improving the competitiveness of industrial clusters.The seventh chapter is the countermeasure thought of the promotion of industry cluster competitiveness based on the industry chain stability.According to the basic logic thinking from industry to enterprise to employee,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.According to the characteristics of automobile aftermarket,the strategic alliance of automobile aftermarket industry is put forward.As the same,according to the characteristics of the automobile aftermarket enterprises,a good cooperation mechanism for tacit knowledge sharing between enterprises in the automobile aftermarket is proposed.And then,basing on the characteristics of the employees in the aftermarket,the author puts forward the system of job security for the post market employees who take the psychological contract as the link.The eighth chapter is the basic conclusions and research prospects.This paper summarizes the basic conclusions of the full text.At the same time,it compares and analyzes the shortcomings of the study and the issues that need to be further studied.At last,it provides some suggestions for further research.
