| In situ microscopic imaging technique is an important detection means for the space science,which can get the clear focusing image of the target by method of automatic focusing.The application of this technical in life science field contains observing the shape,density and the process of growth of the animal and plant’s cells,movement and habit of small animals,working condion of the experiment device.To meet the urgent need of the in situ observation for the vivo target of the space life science,this thesis carries out a study of the in situ microscopy imaging which is apt for the space science,making our space science technique possessing the ability of automatic focusing and target identification,broading the study field of space life science.The main content of this thesis is listed as following:1)Through the contrast different automatic focusing,determing a method of automaticly acquring focusing image which is apt for the space life science.Introducing the automatic focusing system in the aspects of software and hardware.2)Testing the performance the in situ microscopic imaging system.Using it to automaticly acqure the microscopic image of the adherence cells and suspension cells.Comparing the different microscopic imaging demands to the system of the two kinds of cells.Analysing the influencing factor to the cells in the process of the in situ microscopic imaging.3)To the various influencing factor which has impact on target focusing image,through analyzing the difference of the target feather,this thesis choose an appropriate image identification algorithm to identify whether the image gotten by the system is cell image or the influencing factor image.The performance of the algorithm is simulated and the hardware integration is going to be realized. |
