With the complexity of decision-making environment and the limitation of decision-maker's cognition,the current multi-attribute decision-making problem is full of uncertainty,hesitation and fuzziness.As a new tool of describing indeterminate decision information,the interval-valued hesitant fuzzy sets are often used to express the preference information of decision makers.With respect to the multiple attribute decision-making problem in hesitant fuzzy environment,in this paper,we study the multiple attribute decision making problem under interval-valued hesitant fuzzy environment,which according to the history of the interval-valued hesitant fuzzy theory and the multiple attribute decision making methods from the shallower to the deeper.The interval-valued hesitant fuzzy set,the interval-valued dual hesitant fuzzy set,the interval-valued hesitant fuzzy linguistic set,the interval-valued dual hesitant fuzzy linguistic set are regarded as four object dimensions.The aggregation operator,the grey relational projection method,the PROMETHEE method,the VIKOR method are regarded as four method dimensions.We construct the interval-valued hesitant fuzzy multiple attribute decision making model,the interval-valued dual hesitant fuzzymultiple attribute decision making model,the interval-valued hesitant fuzzy linguistic multiple attribute decision making model,the interval-valued dual hesitant fuzzy linguistic multiple attribute decision making model.The proposed model is applied to the management decision analysis research.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)We investigate the multiple attribute decision making method under interval-valued hesitant fuzzy environment.We propose a family of interval-valued hesitant fuzzy Heronian mean aggregation operator.The proposed operator is applied to deal with the multiple attribute decision making problems when the attributes are relevant under interval-valued hesitant fuzzy environment.(2)We construct the grey relational projection decision making method under interval-valued dual hesitant fuzzy environment.To address the unidirectional deviation problem in the traditional multiple attribute decision making,we propose a interval-valueddual hesitant fuzzy grey relational projection method.A series of interval-valued dual hesitant fuzzy distance measures are proposed,based on which,the grey relational projection method is proposed.The method combines the distance measure and the correlation coefficient measure,which reflects the whole attribute space of interval-valued dual hesitant fuzzy multi-attribute decision making,which avoids unidirectional deviation effectively.(3)We propose the PROMETHEE decision making method under interval-valued hesitant fuzzy linguistic environment.A novel hesitant fuzzy linguistic possibility degree measure is defined,which overcome the shortcomings of the hesitant fuzzy possibility degree with low resolution.We extend the interval-valued hesitant fuzzy possibility degree formula.Based on the proposed possibility degree formula,the interval-valued hesitant fuzzy PROMETHEE multiple attribute decision method is proposed,which avoids the problem of obtaining the preference funtion parameters in the traditional PROMETHEE method.(4)We study the VIKOR group decision making method under interval-valued dual hesitant fuzzy linguistic environment.The aggregation operators,the possibility degree,the distance measures for interval-valued dual hesitant fuzzy linguistic set are defined.Based on the above measure method,the interval-valued dual hesitant fuzzy linguistic multiple attribute group decision making method is proposed,which enriches the application scope of traditional VIKOR method and extends the range of fuzzy multiple attribute decision theory.(5)We study the evaluation of the internet finance enterprise soft power under interval-valued hesitant fuzzy environment.The internet finance enterprise soft power evaluation index is given and the internet finance enterprise soft power interval-valued hesitant fuzzy evaluation model is constructed,then we get the empirical analysis result,and put forward the relevant suggestions.
