Multi-attribute decision-making refers to the process in which the decision-maker uses certain decision-making methods to evaluate and select the alternatives with multiple attribute indexes based on the known decision-making information.At present,the problem of multi-attribute decision-making has widely existed in many fields such as economy,management and military.Due to the increasing complexity of the socio-economic environment,the limitations of people's cognition of fuzzy things,and the lack of data,it is often difficult for decision makers to give evaluative information in the form of accurate values in the actual decision-making process.To this end,this paper mainly selects interval-valued intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy numbers and interval-valued intuitionistic 2-tuple linguistic variables to represent the fuzzy evaluative information of decision makers,in order to better characterize the uncertainty of decision makers in the decision-making process.First of all,for the multi-attribute decision-making problem which attribute index values take the form of the interval-valued intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy number,the influences of the related attribute indexes and incompletely rational decision-maker on the actual decision-making results are studied respectively,and two multi-attribute decision-making methods under the interval-valued intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy environment are proposed accordingly.Then,for the multi-attribute group decision-making problem which attribute index values take the form of the interval-valued intuitionistic 2-tuple linguistic variable,the influences of the related indexes and incompletely rational decision-maker on the actual group decision-making results are studied respectively,and two multi-attribute group decision-making methods under the interval-valued intuitionistic 2-tuple linguistic environment are proposed accordingly.The specific contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Research on the multi-attribute decision-making method based on the simplified interval-valued intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy weighted Bonferroni mean operatorConsidering the influence of the correlation between attribute indexes on the decision-making result,a multi-attribute decision-making method based on the simplified interval-valued intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy weighted Bonferroni mean operator is proposed to solve the multi-attribute decision-making problem that the weights of attribute indexes are completely unknown,the attribute indexes are related and the attribute values take the form of the interval-valued intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy numbers.Firstly,the interval-valued intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy number is combined with the Bonferroni mean operator,then the interval-valued intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy Bonferroni mean operator,the simplified interval-valued intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy Bonferroni mean operator and the simplified interval-valued intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy weighted Bonferroni mean operator are proposed.Secondly,the entropy method is used to determine the weight vector of attribute indexes.Then,the simplified interval-valued intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy weighted Bonferroni mean operator is used to calculate the comprehensive attribute value of each alternative.Furthermore,the score value and accurate value of the comprehensive attribute value of each alternative are calculated,and the optimal scheme is selected by ranking all the alternatives.Finally,the effectiveness and feasibility of the method are verified by the sensitivity analysis and comparative analysis,and the method is applied to the fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making problem of the recruitment of talents in the company.(2)Research on the interval-valued intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making method based on the prospect theoryConsidering the influence of the decision-maker's risk attitude on the decision-making result,an interval-valued intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making method based on the prospect theory is proposed to solve the multi-attribute decision-making problem that the weights of attribute indexes are completely unknown and the attribute values take the form of the interval-valued intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy numbers.Firstly,the distance formula of the interval-valued intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy numbers is defined,and then the prospect value function of the interval-valued intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy number is constructed based on the distance formula.Secondly,the weight vector of attribute indexes is determined by the entropy method.Moreover,the comprehensive prospect value of each alternative is calculated,and then all alternatives are ranked to select the optimal alternative.Finally,the effectiveness and feasibility of the method are verified by the sensitivity analysis and comparative analysis,and the method is applied to the fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making problem of the recruitment of talents in the company.(3)Research on the multi-attribute group decision-making method based on the simplified interval-valued intuitionistic 2-tuple linguistic weighted Bonferroni mean operatorConsidering the influence of the correlation between attribute indexes on the group decision-making result,a multi-attribute group decision-making method based on the simplified interval-valued intuitionistic 2-tuple linguistic weighted Bonferroni mean operator is proposed to solve the multi-attribute group decision-making problem that the weights of attribute indexes are completely unknown,the weights of decision makers are known,the attribute indexes are related and the attribute values take the form of the interval-valued intuitionistic 2-tuple linguistic variables.Firstly,the interval-valued intuitionistic 2-tuple linguistic variable is combined with the Bonferroni mean operator,then the interval-valued intuitionistic 2-tuple linguistic Bonferroni mean operator,the simplified interval-valued intuitionistic 2-tuple linguistic Bonferroni mean operator and the simplified interval-valued intuitionistic 2-tuple linguistic weighted Bonferroni mean operator are proposed.Secondly,the combined weighting method is used to determine the weight vector of attribute indexes.Then,the simplified interval-valued intuitionistic 2-tuple linguistic weighted Bonferroni mean operator is used to calculate the comprehensive attribute value of each alternative and the weighted average of each decision maker's evaluative information is carried out to obtain the group's comprehensive attribute value.Furthermore,the score value and accurate value of the group's comprehensive attribute value of each alternative are calculated,and the optimal scheme is selected by ranking all the alternatives.Finally,the effectiveness and feasibility of the method are verified by the sensitivity analysis and comparative analysis,and the method is applied to the fuzzy multi-attribute group decision-making problem of the company on the choice of investment schemes.(4)Research on interval-valued intuitionistic 2-tuple linguistic multi-attribute
