Research On Technical Intentions From The Perspective Of Genetics

Human beings are born with technology.Technology promotes social development,but also causes many problems.During this process,technology features great autonomy and intentionality,leading us to the question on where the origin,as well as destination,of such intentionality of technology.At present,most researches about technological intentionality concentrate on the intentionality of natural technology;but in a broad sense,corresponding social technology and its intentionality also exist in the social field,where human beings has participated in the construction and realized certain intentions.Based on this,this thesis will conduct further research of the program “Research on green technological paradigm and ecological civilization system”(Grant No.14AZX007)supported by the national fund of social science from the perspective of technological intentionality,and further reveals the interactive mechanism between green technological paradigm and ecological civilization system.Overall,this research is carried out following the construction from general theoretical analyses to concrete case studies.It has traced the theoretical source of technological intentionality and conducted a philosophical analysis.With ecological intentionality problem of green technology as its focus,it has finally applied the argumentation to the practices of our construction of ecological civilization system.As for the specific problems,this thesis has taken “the uniformity between human's cognition for technology and the essence of technology” as theoretical premise to explain the occurrence of technology in the “three worlds” through phenomenological reduction of technology from the perspective of intentionality,to lead to the core topic of this thesis— “technological intentionality problems”.On the research of technology intentionality problems,author of this thesis has noticed the limitations of intentionality of traditional empirical technical artifacts,and has therefore redefined “technology intentionality”,hereby argued the relations between natural technological intentionality and social technological intentionality.Such relations have provided a theoretical basis for the research of interactive mechanism between green technological paradigm and ecological civilization system.Main body of the thesis contains five chapters.The first chapter,“technology's intentional occurrence and its essence”,focuses on the common views of technology in philosophy,and explains technology's occurrence from the perspective of intentionality in order to clarify the essence of technology.This chapter is the theoretical basis and primitive of the whole thesis,wherein the “three world” classification of technology and the explanation of technology's occurrence from the perspective of intentionality is innovative from former studies.The second chapter,“the intentionality of phenomenology of technics”,puts forward the specific argument of this thesis.By tracing the origins of “phenomenon” and “intentionality”,this chapter defines the concrete concepts of “technological phenomenon” and “technological intentionality”,and discusses specific problems about technological intentionality in phenomenology.The third chapter,“social technological intentionality beyond natural tradition”,analyzes the limitations in Don Ihde's and Verbeek's theories of intentionality of technical artifacts in phenomenology,and presents “technological intentionality” in a general sense.The analysis of social technological intentionality in this chapter is the key and innovative point of this thesis,which puts forward a theoretical basis for the interaction mechanism between social system and technological paradigm through regarding the system as a specific social technology and giving it an analysis from the perspective of intentionality.The fourth chapter,“the intentionality of green technology and green technological paradigm”,is the applications of the conclusion drew from the general analyses in previous chapters.This part chapter defines green technology and its ecological intentionality,and clarifies summarizes the history of green technology and its ecological intentionality based on the analyses of its natural and social constitute.In addition,the author also has discussed the institutional fact of green technological paradigm in this chapter,and presented the interaction mechanism between social system and technological paradigm.The fifth chapter,“China's construction of ecological civilization system under the theory of technological intentionality”,analyzes the construction of ecological civilization system based on the theory of technological intentionality.By analyzing the technological attributes of ecological civilization system,this thesis chapter discusses the formation and manifestation of the technological intentionality in ecological civilization system,and proposes the dynamic mechanism and constitutive rules in the system construction.This thesis draws the following conclusions through above arguments.Firstly,human's cognition for technology is consistent with the essence of technology are consistent,which has served as the important premise of this the thesis.Secondly,the occurrence of technology can be explained as a technology's state transition of technology between among “natural world”,“psychological world” and “technological world”.Thirdly,social technology is a kind of technological existence in a broad sense corresponding to natural technology,which also shows features its intentionality.Fourthly,green technology is a historical category which consists consisting of green natural technology and green social technology,belongs to historical category and presents collective ecological intentionality.Lastly,ecological civilization system is a kind type of green technology in a broad sense,and China's construction of such system is an important social practice of technological intentionality theory.
