Classification And Economic Characteristics Of Natural Resources

Classification standards and data of various natural resources in China have been influenced by the management system for a long time.The Statistical standards are not uniform and the definition of property right is not clear.The overlap of cultivated land,woodland,grassland,beach and water resources is prominent.These problems have a tremendous impact on ownership management,spatial planning and so on.It is shown in the following aspects.With the deepening reform of natural resources and the establishment of the Department of integrated management of natural resources,the original classification system of natural resources can not meet the needs of the development of the new situation.It is urgent to carry out systematic research on the classification of natural resources and economic characteristics.For this reason,this paper studies the classification of natural resources under the background of integrated management systematically.Economic livestock analysis was carried out according to resource categories.And forms the following conclusions and understandings.Based on the theory and method of decision tree classification,this paper studies the attribute classification of overlapping resources.The index system of natural resources classification attributes was established,including 9 indicators,such as regeneration,stability and ecology.Thirty-nine overlapping natural resources classifications were taken as research samples and classified scientifically.Finally,the scientific attributes of 39 resource subtypes,such as paddy field,mineral water and coastal wetland,were classified by using decision tree theory.This paper reconstructs the classification framework of natural resources based on three-dimensional concepts of theory,jurisprudence and management.The framework is divided into three levels,including eight first-level categories,35 second-level categories and 163 third-level categories.Finally,three levels of natural resources classification system are formed: one is the classification of eight categories of natural resources;the other is the three-level classification framework based on the existing standards;the third is the revised multi-dimensional and detailed classification criteria of single category resources.This paper constructs a classification index framework of economic output value of natural resources.Using all kinds of data,the total economic value and structure of natural resources are analyzed,and the comparative analysis results are formed.On this basis,the classification analysis of natural resource economy and industrial development has been completed.The gross land economy and GDP share are constantly rising.Mineral economy keeps growing,but the proportion of mineral resources economy in the national economy has dropped significantly.The marine economy has continued to grow,but the proportion of primary marine industry has declined.Forestry,grassland and fishery economy have grown steadily.
