This paper aiming at solve the problem of geological spatial modeling, under the condition of partial geo-objective is certainties, discusses the uncertainty of geo-objective subsystem, namely the two types of uncertain problems about randomness and chaos of geological process.Because of the complexity of geological spatial structure, spatial and temporal differences and the hierarchy of material composition, spatial modeling technology belongs to the variability of geological bodies and precise measurement of spatial distribution. The essence of the scientific problems in this paper belongs to the theoretical research of spatial modeling: randomness and chaos of the model;the geological process is regarded as a complex system, through the analysis of a series of processes such as system elements, interrelationship and mechanism,From perspectives of randomness namely external uncertainty and chaos namely internal uncertainty of the system to elaborate the principles.Supported by soil survey data of biogeochemical elements,in the process of fusion analysis of geological big data, combining the distribution characteristics of regional geochemistry.A non-linear stochastic model and a chaotic model suitable for the study area are established. The aim is to measure spatial singularity of regional geochemical elements and to provide a refined method for calculating geochemical data singularity. The innovative content of this paper is as follows:(1)Definition of big data in complex geological space system and description of key issuesThis paper regards that there is a mapping relationship between the geological subsystem and the corresponding big data set.In a sense, data analysis belongs to a form of mechanism analysis of the geological subsystem. Therefore, the analysis of supergene geochemical data belongs to one of the ways of describing geological processes.Geochemical soil survey data contain information of element migration and distribution under supergene action. In this paper, the digital characteristics of spatial distribution and variability of elements are taken as the core problem of element soil geochemical survey data analysis.(2)Discussions on randomness and chaos in the analysis of large geological data miningGeochemical soil survey data contain spatial distribution and variation information of supergene geochemical elements.Because supergene action is caused by a series of open system elements such as precipitation, air temperature and seasonal variation, weathering and hydrolysis, the uncertainty of element migration system operation can not be described by simple linear measurement.Starting from the analysis of the causes of the randomness and chaos of the system, this paper gives an in-depth exposition of the conditions of the two kinds of uncertainty, which is the dialectical relationship between the randomness and chaos of the geoscience subsystem.(3)Random and chaotic models for digital feature representation of complex geological space systemsThe digital characteristics of supergene geochemical complex system include the concrete expression of stochastic model and chaotic model, estimation of important mathematical parameters and visual modeling. In this paper,a two-dimensional harmonic trend surface model based on two-dimensional grid geochemical survey data is used in stochastic analysis, and a two-dimensional digital spectral density model and a variogram model are used in chaotic system analysis.The(2 + 1)dimension visualization graphics of the two models are described.(4)Geological interpretation of the above two models based on geochemical dataBased on the analysis of two models of regional soil geochemical survey data and referring to the previous research results, this paper gives a new geological interpretation of the results of two models of soil geochemical survey data. That is,in the measurement of spatial distribution and variability of soil geochemical survey data, the digital characteristics and spectral variogram model give more refined results,so that they can be used in this area.Focused analysis of geochemical prospecting information is more in line with geological reality. The description of geological processes used stochastic and chaotic models is to discuss the same geological objectives from different modeling principles. It belongs to two aspects of fine measurement of spatial geological bodies and plays complementary roles. As far as the relevance and prediction content of geoscientific objectives are concerned, the measurement criteria of stochastic and chaotic models are essentially unified,so the discussion of stochastic and chaotic properties belongs to local areas. An attempt to study the uncertainty of spatial distribution of mass.So randomness and chaos are treated as an attempt to study the uncertainty of geological spatial distribution.
