In recent years,the prevalence and mortality of chronic diseases such as hypertension,diabetes,and malignant tumors have increased year by year in the world,and the age of patients has become younger.Hypertension is the disease that ranks first in terms of death and ranks third in economic burden among these chronic diseases.The China Hypertension Conference of 2018 pointed out that in 2012,the prevalence of hypertension in adults over 18 years old in China has reached 23.2%,and the number of patients has reached 245 million.Compared with 2002,it has increased rapidly by 20%.Despite this,China's hypertension prevention and control level is still very low,there are "three lows" phenomenon,that is,low awareness rate,low treatment rate and low control rate.Hypertension has become the number one killer of death and disability in our country,seriously affecting the quality of life of residents and the development of the national economy,and has brought a heavy burden to society,families and individuals.Therefore,how to carry out in-depth analysis of the influencing factors of hypertension management,scientifically predict its risk,and effectively control it has become a major issue that needs to be solved urgently in China.This article has carried out in-depth research around the analysis of influencing factors,risk prediction and control decisions of hypertension disease.In view of the long-term onset of hypertension,lack of clear evidence of etiology,and unhealed conditions,first of all,on the basis of reviewing a large number of relevant domestic and foreign research literature,this paper analyzes the research status of the causes,predictions and control of hypertension diseases by experts and scholars at home and abroad,and draws up the main research objectives,contents,methods and technical routes of this paper.Secondly,according to the hundreds of thousands of outpatient and inpatient data of hypertension disease patients in Shanghai Ruijin Hospital and 34 Medical Union Hospitals,the classification of hypertension diseases and its main clinical identification methods were described.Data segmentation and the principles of data market construction and other factors have extracted the possible influencing factors of the occurrence and development of hypertension diseases.The Delphi method was used to determine the important influencing factors of hypertension disease.The hierarchical structure model was used to determine the clustering relationship among the important influencing factors and build the corresponding factor hierarchy.It determined the weight and order of each important influencing factors by using triangle fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,and laid the foundation for the risk prediction and the main influencing factors of hypertension disease management.Then,based on the identified influential factors of hypertension management,the pre-analytic and logistic regression models were used to establish a risk prediction model for hypertension management,which fu rther consolidates the main influencing factors of hypertension management,so as to know the occurrence of hypertension as soon as possible,and improve the awareness rate of hypertension management,use the CART classification regression tree principle to carry out classification research of primary and secondary hypertension,to carry out targeted treatment,and effectively improve the treatment rate of hypertension management.Furthermore,a detailed control analysis of the important factors affecting the management of hypertension was conducted.In view of the multi-objective decision-making problems formed by the multi-quantitative influencing factors,the inter-relationship between factors,and the constraint relationship between the upper and lower indicators of the reference value range,the main target method and the hierarchical sequence method principle are applied,and the target planning model is used in combination.A control decision study that quantifies the main influencing factors to control the index values of the main influencing factors and improve the control rate of hypertension management.Finally,based on the analysis of influencing factors,risk prediction and control decision-making of hypertension disease,in accordance with the requirements of the “National Measures for the Construction of Comprehensive Prevention and Control Demonstration Zones for Chronic Diseases”,combined with information technology,the management information platform based on the Internet was developed for the management of patients with hypertension,which was used for the support of file management,diagnosis and evaluation of patients with hypertension,and achieved good application results.Based on the characteristics of the subject,this research will be limited to the study of hypertension disease management in the field of cause analysis and treatment,expand the risk prediction and control decision-making research for hypertension disease management,and innovate the perspective of hypertension disease management research;and use data mart construction principle,triangular fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,logistic regression model,multi-objective decision-making model to create a complete research process of hypertension disease management,gradually clarified the evidence of the occurrence and development of hypertension disease,and reach new conclusions.The main target method,the hierarchical sequence method and the principle of goal planning are integrated,and the construction method of multi-objective control decision model is improved.The research process,methods and conclusions have important practical significance for improving the awareness rate,treatment rat e and control rate of hypertension disease management,improving patients' quality of life and improving social medical level,and has certain reference value of the study of other chronic diseases management.
