Study On The Prevention Decision And Risk Management Of The Rockfall Hazards

With the support of the National Natural Science Foundation of China(No.51108488),the quantitative assessment of the probability of the rockfall hazards is the foundation of the prevention decision and risk management.So,it's very important to establish a system for the quantitative assessment of the probability of the rockfall hazards.This paper established a system for the quantitative assessment of the probability of the rockfall hazards according to the specific situation of the rockfall hazards and the loss of life and property.It identified the standard of acceptable risk of rockfall hazards.And it gives a system for the risk management and prevention decision of the rockfall hazards.At same the time it analyzed a rockfall hazard of a part of high way in Chongqing.(1)In this paper,it surveys the rockfall hazards detailedly.And it has captured the impact factor of the rockfall hazard.This paper analyses the effect of impact factor of the rockfall hazards.At the same time it gives a probability to each factor and calculates the weights of each factor.And this paper superposed the product of probability and weights to get the probability of rockfall hazard.At the same time it combines the vulnerability of hazard bearing thing to accomplish the assessment of the rockfall hazard risk.(2)The judgment of the extent of the rockfall hazard is based on the standard of acceptable risk of the rockfall hazard.This paper studied out the standard of acceptable risk of the rockfall hazard based on the researches of a lot of other hazards and accidents.(3)Based on other industries,this paper gives a system to the risk management and the prevention decision of the rockfall hazards,and also gives some engineering measures.(4)This paper takes a rockfall hazard of a high way in Chongqing to investigate the quantitative assessment of the probability,the risk management and the prevention decision of the rockfall hazard.
