Geo-informatic Graph Based Generation Method For Place-name Culture

The names of villages in China are widely distributed and huge in number,and many villages have a long history.It came along with the emergence of Chinese settlements,the development of language and characters,inheritance and rebirth,change and extinction in the long river of history,and under the dual influence of natural and social environments,it has nurtured colorful folk culture,Has formed a unique place name cultural texture,is an important carrier and window to witness the change of historical development,but also transcend time and space,a precious intangible cultural heritage.Geographical perspectives on the study of village place name culture,focusing on the spatial distribution of various cultural phenomena contained in village place-names,the coupling relationship with other geographical elements,and the process of spatial and temporal evolution,which are important for traditional cultural mining,protection,and inheritance.And development play an important role.The predecessors studied the place-name culture of the village a lot,and obtained rich research results.However,on the one hand,due to the lack of quantitative analysis methods,there are more qualitative research and less quantitative research.Quantitative analysis is common in basic descriptive statistics,which greatly hinders the mining of cultural knowledge of placenames.Limited to the acquisition and processing of data sources,there are more studies on the place-name culture in local areas and specific cultural semantics,but there are fewer related studies on different scales and multicultural semantic features across the country.It can be said that there is currently no method system for comprehensively analyzing the culture of the names of villages from the perspective of geography.It has not yet provided a reference quantitative analysis method for the cultural semantic analysis of the names of millions of villages across the country,and as the process of urbanization continues with the advancement,the extinction of village place-names is very fast.In the face of the above problems,it is urgent to propose a large-scale,multiperspective analysis method of village place-name culture.This article has carried out exploratory research to solve these problems.It is expected that theoretical breakthroughs and method innovations will be made in the quantitative research of village place-name culture.This study first sorts out the characteristics of Chinese village place-names and their cultural and semantic characteristics,and explains the important position of village place-names in the entire place-name cultural system.On this basis,the core tasks of the research on village names culture from the perspective of geography were clarified.Then,combining the scientific problems and practical needs of village names culture research,and the advantages of GIS in its quantitative analysis,a conceptual framework of Geo-informatic Graph of Place-names cultural was proposed Under the guidance of this conceptual framework,a systematic introduction of the spatial distribution feature map that emphasizes the spatial distribution pattern and structure of place-names culture,the spatial coupling relationship map that emphasizes the correlation between place-name cultural phenomena and other spatial elements,and the spatial and temporal evolution of place-name cultural phenomena A map of the spatiotemporal evolution of the process,and the empirical analysis is based on the name of a Chinese village.The thesis has obtained the following research results:1.Proposed the conceptual framework of Geo-informatic Graph of Placename Cultural.A systematic explanation of the conceptual framework of Geo-informatic Graph of Place-name Cultural for Chinese village names culture research,including the concept of Geo-informatic Graph of Place-name Cultural,the classification of placename culture.2.The generation method of Geo-informatic Graph for the spatial structure characteristics of place-name is proposed.The spatial distribution pattern and structural characteristics of the cultural phenomenon of village place-names belong to the basic problems to be solved.This study proposes seven information map analysis methods from different levels,which are used to analyze the spatial distribution structure map and hierarchical relationship structure map of the structural characteristics of cultural areas;used to explore the global and local similarities of the spatial relationship between different place-name cultural phenomena.Location pattern maps;and interest area pattern maps,interest flow pattern maps,and interest flow cluster pattern maps that analyze the similarities of place-names and cultural structures between different regions.3.The generation method of Geo-informatic Graph for the spatial-temporal coupling relationship of place-name is proposed.Analysis of the correlation between the spatial distribution of village place-name cultural phenomena and other geographical elements is a prerequisite for further exploration of its formation mechanism.In this paper,a single factor spatial coupling relationship map and a wide factor spatial coupling relationship map are constructed respectively.4.The generation method of Geo-informatic Graph for the spatial-temporal evolution pattern of place-name is proposed.The formation and development of village place-name culture has obvious spacetime characteristics.Combining the research needs of cultural geography and the concerns of space-time issues of cultural phenomena,a spatial diffusion pattern map and spatial diffusion path map are proposed for the quantitative analysis of place-name cultural phenomena The problem of spatial diffusion;the map of spatiotemporal evolution pattern and time series profile map are proposed to analyze the historical evolution process of cultural phenomena of place-names.5.The application mode for Geo-informatic Graph of Place-name is proposed.The Geo-informatic Graph of Place-name Cultural has unique advantages in the quantitative analysis and geographical visualization of place-names and cultural phenomena.The application model of Geo-informatic Graph of Place-names cultural is put forward,which is mainly reflected in the application of three aspects of the study of place-names cultural geography,cultural space governance and place-names cultural inheritance.Based on the paradigm of cultural geography,cultural diffusion,and cultural landscape ecology,this article proposes an analytical method framework for the quantitative study of place-name culture in Chinese villages with the help of some theories and methods of GIS geoscience information atlas.Research and even placename culture research provide us with method support.
