Geographical names are living fossils bred by cultural connotations. They contain the intrinsic link between people and the natural environment and social relations. They are the common wealth of human society. Therefore, the study of landscape names and place names has gradually attracted attention.Ganzhou is also known as Gannan and is a special historical and cultural city.It has always been known as the "cradle of Hakka," and Hakka culture has a strong heritage and long tradition.Ganzhou has a medium-sized city and is a bustling commercial and trade city on the main road.Based on the Hakka village as the research object, and based on the internal naming rules of Hakka geographical names,it explores the intrinsic relationship between the Hakka people's thinking about ecological environment and the changes of social life.We will try to provide references for the inheritance of Hakka geographical names heritage and the protection of place names.Aiming at the sample of 3364 Hakka villages in Ganzhou City, this study supported the theoretical basis of cultural geography, toponymy and sociology.Apply historical document method and statistical method to superimpose remote sensing imagery and DEM data from the perspective of geographic space, apply GIS spatial analysis methods, and coordinate with GIS spatial visualization technology to interpret the spatial distribution law of Hakka geographical names and explore spatial patterns of various landscape names The causes of formation and influencing factors.Concluded as follow:Firstly, according to the landscape type of place names,12 landscape names are divided.Mathematical statistics combined with mobile search, nuclear density estimation, and trend surface analysis are used to present spatial distribution rules of various landscape place names by means of visualization of charts, tables, and maps.It is found that all kinds of landscape place names have their own unique spatial distribution rules, such as mountainous landscape names that are mostly located in the surrounding areas;hydrological landscape place names are characterized by a curved and continuous layout;vegetation and artificial architecture landscapes are symmetrically distributed in space names;animal landscape names They are concentrated in the southwestern part of the city;traffic landscape names are concentrated in the central part;cultivated landscapes extend geographically eastward;measurements, azimuths, surnames, and landscapes are scattered geographical features.Secondly, combined with multi-source data, the GIS superposition analysis of landscape place names revealed that the landscape names of mountain landscapes are mainly distributedin the gentle slope areas with elevation values below 500 m,and most of them clustered in areas where the terrain features are ravines.96.4% of hydrological landscape names lie within a distance of 10 km from the river, among which less than 1km have a maximum of31.4%.Through the extraction of vegetation coverage and superimposed vegetation landscape names from remote sensing images,it was found that 66.9% of the vegetation landscape names were distributed in high and high vegetation coverage areas;the local vegetation landscape name was low vegetation coverage density due to the expansion of urban scale.Area.Thirdly,based on expert consultation and historical literature, spatial clustering of GIS was used to analyze geographical names of migrating cultural and human landscapes, and three core areas of migrating culture hotspots in southern Fujian were obtained. The spatial pattern of the block conforms to the decentralized outward migration route of Gannan Hakka people. The geographical names of production and living landscapes are evenly distributed in the spatial center of each county, reflecting the central effect of economic development in various regions of southern Jiangxi.
