This thesis is closely linked to the current environmental issues and research hot spots,the focus is mainly focused on the frontier issue of luminescence sensor.A series of luminescent sensors based on naphthalimide and lanthanide coordination polymers were designed and synthesized.Their properties in the detection of heavy metal ions,biomolecules,highly toxic carcinogens and nitro explosive were studied.Experimental results show that these sensors have better detection capabilities.The full thesis has six parts:1,the development of supramolecular chemistry and luminescent materials is briefly introduced.The principle,composition,recognition mechanism and classification of luminescence sensor are introduced in detail.The research progress of organic small molecule fluorescence sensor and lanthanide coordination polymer luminescence sensor are reviewed.2,a novel water-soluble colorimetric and ratiometric fluorescent sensor was synthesized and applied for imaging palladium species under physiological conditions in PBS containing less than 1%organic cosolvent without adding any additional reagents.Based on palladium triggered terminal propargyl ethers cleavage reaction,the probe exhibited a high selectivity and sensitivity for palladium species of all the typical oxidation states?0,+2,+4?,with a low detection limit and an obvious color change.Furthermore,the sensor was successfully used for ratiometric fluorescence imaging of palladium in living cells.3,a novel water-soluble ratiometric fluorescent sensor was synthesized and applied for imaging Cys under physiological conditions in PBS.Based on Michael reaction,the sensor exhibited a high selectivity and sensitivity for Cys.Furthermore,the sensor can distinguish Cys from Cys,Hcy and GSH very well,while Hcy and GSH have little fluorescence response.4,we designed and synthesized a series of carboxylic acid ligands based on naphthalimide,and then a Eu-PC was obtained.The Eu-PC is a two-dimensional layered structure,and the naphthalimide ligands between the layers are deposited on each other to form a supramolecular metal organic framework.After a series of property studies,we found that it has a luminescence response to the pressure,the specific change in the luminescent from purple red to blue.5,we designed and synthesized a kind of ligands containing urea sites.A series of Ln-MOFs with the same structure were obtained and their structure characterization and luminescence properties were studied.Among them,Eu L4 and Tb L4 can be used as multiresponsive regenerable luminescent sensor for fast and sensitive quantitative detection of Fe3+,CrVI anions and picric acid.Furthermore,4-aminonaphthalimide?Gd L4 and 4-aminonaphthalimide?Eu L4 also have excellent luminescence properties,4-aminonaphthalimide?Gd L4 can be used as a ratiometric luminescent sensor for temperature.6,we continue to synthesize the urea-containing ligands of the carboxylic acids in the para-and meta-positions.A series of Ln-PCs were obtained and their structure characterization and luminescence properties were studied.Among them,Eu L5 and Tb L5 can be used as regenerable luminescent sensor for fast and sensitive quantitative detection of picric acid.The rest of the Ln-PCs showed good luminescence performance.
