Huangling mining area is one of the 5 main mining areas in Huanglong coalfield.It contains rich Jurassic bituminous coal resources with high quality and low rank.The key to realize the maximum resource benefit and low carbon economy is to clean,efficient and rational exploitation and utilization of the resources in the area.The coal of Huangling mining area were taken as the object in this dissertation,on the basis of systematic and comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of coal resources.We have deeply studied of the characteristics of coal quality parameters and coal types(especially the coal used in chemical industry)and their spatial changing rules on the basis of systematic and comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of coal resources.On the basis of stamping cooking main blending coal typle of Huangling Coal Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd,discussed the role of Huangling gas coal and 1/2 medium caking coal and other coal used in chemical industry as base coal in coking process and influence on coke performance established the prediction model of coke performance in coal blending stamping coking expounded the influence of Huangling coal used in chemical industry on coke oven gas and coal tar composition and yieldThe results of study on resource endowment and change rules of Huangling coal shown that:the spatial difference of Huangling coal is distinct,and it has low ash,low sulfur,middle and high volatile,high calorific value,weak bond,medium grindability low rank,rich vitrinite and exinite,and low content of reactive component;the content of the active component in coal was decreasing from the southeast edge of No.1 mine to the northwest margin of No.2 mine;the coal with the highest caking property is located in the northwest of No.l mine and east of No.2 mine;there were 9 kinds of coal types,long flame coal,non stick coal,weakly sticky coal,1/2 medium caking coal(33),gas coal(34,43,44,45)and 1/3 coking coal(35)in the mining area.Coal used in chemical industry,1/2 medium caking coal,gas coal and 1/3 coking coal are mainly distributed in the junction of No.1 and No.2 mine and southwest of No.1 mineThe experiment of tamping coking taken Hangling 1/2 medium caking coal as one of the basic coal blending,the experimental results shown that coal with strong cohesive could be partially replaced by Huangling 1/2 medium caking coal.When partly replacing coking coal with Huangling 1/2 medium caking coal,it was the basis for the formation of qualified coke by pyrolysis with the content of coking coal in coal blending was more than 15%,and the content of lean coal was between 10%?15%,the mechanical strength of coke changed little but the thermal stability decreased significantly when Huangling 1/2 medium caking coal contention was higher than 55%,the maximum proportion of Huangling 1/2 medium caking coal in the coal blending for stamping cooking should be lowerthan 55%.When the Huangling 1/2 medium caking coal ration exceeds 55%,the effect of thermal stability was relatively large.The reason for this phenomenon was that inertinite content of Huangling 1/2 medium caking coal was higher,which was related to the thinning effect of coking process.The optimum coking experimental parameters of taking Huangling 1/2 medium caking coal as base were verified by industrial test,the results shown that the mechanical strength of coke was good and met the requirements of metallurgical coke qualityThe mathematical model of coke performance prediction in tamping coking coal blending was established by using SPSS software.The results shown that the ash content and coke rate of coal had a certain correlation with the content of coke ash;the ash content and sulfur content of coal were closely related to the sulfur content of coke;caking index,the maximum reflectivity of the vitrinite and the active component were linearly related to the strength of coke,and the maximum reflectivity of the vitrinite and caking index were linearly related to the resistance to abrasion of coke,and the coke reactivity andstrength after reaction of coke were related to the volatile.The study on the yield and composition of coke oven gas and tar in the coal blending found that with the increase of coke oven gas yield,H2 and CO decreased first and then increased,and CH4 and CO2 increased first and then decreased.With the increase of Huangling 1/2 medium caking coal allocation the tar yield increased,the main components of coal tar of pyrolysis without Huangling 1/2 medium caking coal were mainly liquid hydrocarbons,With the increasing proportion of Huangling 1/2 medium caking coal in coal blending,the liquid hydrocarbons in tar pyrolysis decreased gradually,and solid hydrocarbons increased,when the addition of Huangling 1/2 medium caking coal increased to 62%,the content of solid hydrocarbons in tar decreased gradually.According to the comprehensive analysis,the ratio of hydrogen to carbon of coke oven gas was close to the theoretical hydrogen carbon ratio of methanol synthesis,and the efficiency of methanol synthesis was the best when the ratio of Huangling 1/2 medium caking coal was 55%at1200°C.This study has important theoretical and practical significance for the scientific exploitation of coal resources in Huangling mining area and ensuring the stable and efficient conversion of chemical coal.
