Most of the heavy metals in our daily life are solid. At this time, they do not harm our health.Once they enter the environment with waste water, waste gas and waste residue in ionic form, they will cause endless damage. Some heavy metals pollution has been seriously damaged by high concentration and pollution, and the environment has been seriously damaged, and some of them are hidden in a short time because of the low concentration. However,as time goes on,heavy metals accumulate through the food chain and so on.Once the human is eaten,it will be made into chronic poisoning of human body and harm the health of the body..At present, most of the heavy metal detection in the ocean is mainly laboratory off-line detection, which is more complicated. Therefore,it is of great value to carry out rapid detection of heavy metals in seawater. In this paper,a large amount of literature research and summary of various methods for the detection of heavy metals in the sea are carried out in this paper, and the detection methods of heavy metals in seawater are studied. The main contents of the paper are as follows:First, the research progress and development trend of heavy metal spectrometric methods at home and abroad are systematically analyzed. The basic theory of heavy metal spectrometric measurement and the theory of heavy metal migration and diffusion in seawater are introduced in detail. The current situation and causes of heavy metals pollution in Bohai are analyzed, and the existing problems in the detection of heavy metals in the sea water are put forward. The method of simultaneous detection of heavy metals in seawater was studied.Second, the influence of environmental parameters and measurement conditions on the measured values of heavy metals was analyzed. The soluble cadmium pollution of heavy and high content of water in offshore and river(Cd2+),copper(Cu2+),zinc(Zn2+),nickel(Ni2+)of four kinds of elements at the same time measuring method in the experimental platform, the experimental scheme is determined based on the absorbance characteristics and features of the four each of the elements of the spectrum, focuses on four kinds of ion measurement at the same time, the influence of different pH,temperature, time and dosage of color and other factors on the measurement of metal ion concentration, and the influence is given by experiments.Third, mathematical modeling of multi-element heavy metal spectrum detection in seawater was carried out.On the basis of multielement analysis technology,an experimental study of multi element heavy metal ion interference is carried out.The 9level and 4 factor data training set for mathematical modeling is designed. The mathematical modeling is carried out by using the PLS algorithm and the least squares support vector machine based on particle swarm optimization, and the two methods are carried out.Comparison and experimental verification.Fourth, the mathematical model is applied to the establishment of the model.Using the model established in this paper, the heavy metal content in Bohai sea water was tested, and the static diffusion of heavy metal ions and the study of heavy metal pollution in the sea bottom were carried out.In order to provide reference for the heavy metal measurement technology to adapt to the changeable environmental conditions, the characteristics of heavy metals in the sea bottom are analyzed. At the same time, the regional correlation and time difference analysis of heavy metals in the sea water in the sea waters of Bohai in the last 6 years of 2010 in the Qinhuangdao sea area of Bohai are analyzed. One step is to improve and expand the measurement method of heavy metals in seawater. In this paper,we have carried out in-depth theoretical research and a lot of experimental work,in order to provide reference for rapid detection of heavy metals in seawater.
