Research On The Relationship Between Transformation And Transformation Of My Country's Coal Industry

For a long time,coal industry is the pillar industry of China's economic development.With China's economic development pattern and energy structure of the major adjustments,the economy into the new normal,coal industry has also entered the critical period of the crisis of danger,transformation and development,become the focus of Supply-side Structural Reform of the state,and has risen to China's resource reserve security and economic development and stability of the country's overall strategy.To this end,depth exploration ot the inherent law of coal industry transformation,looking for coal industry transmutation and transformation of deep-level association,for the transformation of the coal industry to provide a scientific basis,has become an urgent need to research and resolve one of the key issues.In this paper,in view of the current situation of the coal industry development and the problems in the process of transformation,based on the theory of coal industry transmutation,coal industry transformation as the core,coal industry transmutation and transformation of the relationship as the link,through the use of multidisciplinary theory and means,the combination of natural science and social science,the combination of economy and technology,the combination of measured data analysis and computer simulation,using BP neural network,cross elasticity analysis,natural breaks classification and other methods,research and create a coal industry transmutation degree measurement indicator system,build the coal industry transmutation degree measurement model,division of coal industry transmutation and transformation stage,research and analysis of coal industry transmutation and transformation of the associated mechanism,find out the internal law and context of the coal industry transmutation and transformation,to explorethe coal industry transformation mode based on different stages of the transmutation of the coal industry,to provide scientific support for the current development problems of the coal industry,and then guide the coal industry to choose the timing and direction of scientific transformation,and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the coal industry.In this paper,the main research results and views:(1)The transmutation of the coal industry is the internal law of the development and evolution of the coal industry,it exists in the coal industry life cycle of the whole process,when a transmutation cycle is completed,and industry has begun a new transmutation cycle.Industry transmutation is dynamic,it is the internal cause of the change of the whole coal industry in different periods,different positions,different levels and different fields;Industry transformation is static,it is the change of industrial form,is the form and result of coal industry transmutation.It is precisely because of the numerous transmutations in the coal industry to promote the form changes of the coal industry,transformation is based on the degree of transmutation,the progress of the situation,the transmutation of the stage and carried out.(2)Based on the measurement model of coal industry transmutation degree,calculated that China's coal industry in 2000 to 2015:In 2000,the degree of industrial transmutation was 1.2442,and the degree of industrial transmutation in 2011 was 4.4261.Through the final measurement results of coal industry transmutation degree,China's coal industry transmutation can be divided into five stages:preparation stage 2000?2002(degree of transformation:1.2442?1.2614),Slow import-transformation brewing stage 2003?2007(degree of transformation:1.5435?2.0625),High-speed transmutation—the initial stage of transformation 2008?2011(degree of transformation:2.6357?4.4261),Medium-speed transmutation—high-speed transformation stage 2012?2015(degree of transformation:4.1835?2.6447),low-speed transmutatiol—transformation of the late stage 2016?2020.(3)At present,China's coal industry is in the stage of low-speed transmutatiol—transformation of the late,this stage of the industry transmutation characteristics:The development of new industries gradually mature,coal industry in the energy sector accounted for gradually reduced,tends to be reasonable,industry to form the situation of coal and non-coal as important,and then to the benign development track of industrial transformation.China's coal industry transmutation of the future development trend:When entering the 2021 years after the" The fourteenth Five-Year Plan" development period,the degree of-transmutation of the coal industry will tend to the lowest value,the formation of non-coal industry-based,coal industry as an auxiliary development pattern,coal supply and demand balance,stable dividend,industrial transformation into the healthy development of diversified development,coal industry transmutation and transformation completed,began to enter a new round of industrial transformation cycle.(4)Based on the research on the relationship mechanism of coal industry transmutation and transformation,it is concluded that the transmutation of coal industry is the main basis for the transformation of the coal industry.It has a guiding function for the transformation of the coal industry,the coal industry transformation according to the fields and directions of industrial transmutation.In a certain stage of industrial transformation can not be synchronized with the industrial transmutation,lead or lag is inevitable.However,this advance and lag affects the industrial transmutation,will occur to promote or prevent the process of industrial transmutation,the transformation of coal industry has the auxiliary function to the transmutation of coal industry.The transmutation and transformation of the coal industry is the relationship between quantitative and qualitative changes,micro and macro,causes and results,phenomena and nature.(5)Yanzhou mining area since 2015 is in the medium-speed transmutatio—high-speed transformation stage,this stage of Yankuang Group in order to comprehensively promote the mining structure transf-ormation and industrial upgrading as the main line,scientific and technological innovation as the driving force,from traditional industries to new industries,coal products from the industrial value chain low-end to the high-end upgrade,coal labor-intensive to the new industry-intensive transfer,and gradually become a traditional industry and the new industry coordinated development of new industrial system.Yanzhou mining area is about to enter the "coal is as important as non-coal",vigorously develop non-coal industry of low-speed transmutation-transformation of the late stage.
