Oil shale is one of the most important unconventional oil and gas resource with the largest potenetial production in China.In some mining areas,the oil shale is an importane coal series associated mineral.It will be of great significane for alleviationg the shortage of oil and gas resources,ensuring energy security and improving resource utilization,if the oil shale retorting technologies are high efficiency.However,the oil shale has a high mineral content,generally between 50?80%.This will give rise to high energy consumption,little effective throughput et al.The mineral sorting technology is used to pre-sort oil shale,separate and enrich the organic matter,and remove the high-ash gangue part,which can effectively improve the oil shale refining efficiency,reduce energy consumption and improve equipment utilization.At present,there is insufficient understanding of the occurrence relationship between minerals and organic matter in oil shale in China,and an effective method for separation and enrichment of oil shale organic matter has not been proposed.The paper studies the occurrence relationship,dissociation degree,separation and enrichment method of oil shale particles at different scales with typical Longkou(coal system associated with),Huadian,Xinjiang and Beipiao oil shale as samples.The pyrolysis characteristics of the separated components of different occurrence relationships provide basic research support for obtaining high value utilization methods of oil shale.The main conclusions of this study are:1.Physical separation of oil shale and its physical relationship1)The heavy medium separation method can separate and enrich the organic matter in the oil shale,but the effect will be limited.For Xinjinag oil shale,the density is 2.13 g/cm3,yield is 81.20%,and the oil content increases from 6.46%to 7.91%.For Beipiao oil shale,the density is 2.01 g/cm3,yield is 76.06%,and the oil content increases from 4.62%to 6.01%.2)According to the density,the model description of oil shale physical occurrence relationship is established:low density component(<1.8)occurs:organic matter content is high,organic clay composite constitutes oil shale continuous phase matrix,discrete organic matter and quartz calcite are randomly distributed in matrix In the middle,some pyrite is encapsulated by organic matter;medium-density components(1.8-2.1)occur:clay minerals are continuous phase matrix,discrete organic matter,quartz calcite and other detrital minerals are randomly distributed;high-density components(>2.1)Storage:Quartz calcite mica and the like are formed in large particles and constitute the oil shale mineral skeleton.The organic clay complex and clay mineral are filled in the gaps of these minerals,and the organic matter content is extremely low.2.Study on Micro-dissociation,Separation and Enrichment of Organic Matter and Minerals in Oil Shale1)The critical particle size of the oil shale organic matter and minerals can be fully dissociated to 30 ?m.2)Through the conventional flotation of fine particles,oil agglomeration flotation,density separation-oil agglomeration flotation and microbubble flotation method,the highly enriched products of organic matter and the highly enriched products of minerals were obtained respectively.3.Pyrolysis characteristics of oil shale match on its Multi-scale particle occurrence1)The pyrolysis study of oil shale particles with different occurrence relationships has obtained the numerical relationship of pyrolysis values of separated components of oil shale at different scales.2)It is determined that clay minerals can promote the cracking of heavy aliphatic hydrocarbons,improve the quality of shale oil,but reduce the yield of shale oil;pyrite can promote the yield of shale oil,reduce the quality,and identify the inorganic minerals of oil shale in heat.The interaction of the solution process deepens the perception of the oil shale pyrolysis process.4.Oil shale lumped description model and separation method establishment1)The ensemble description model of oil shale in China is established.Most organic matter combines with clay minerals to form organic clay complex.These clay composites and fine minerals of clay minerals form the continuous phase matrix of oil shale,and other minerals and discrete organic matter are randomly distributed.Part of the pyrite is surrounded by organic matter,and in the pyrite crystal lattice,because S is replaced by C,organic matter is adsorbed on the surface of the pyrite,and some carbonates enclose the organic matter,which causes the organic matter to be difficult to dissociate and separate.2)According to the oil content rate of separated component oil shale,the establishment of multi-scale dissociation and step separation and enrichment methods for oil shale organic matter was established.
