Urban land green use efficiency is a comprehensive mapping of urban land resource production factor input system and urban land use output system in the development and utilization process on urban space?With the acceleration of the process of industrialization and urbanization,the ecological and environmental risks faced in the development and utilization of urban land have become increasingly prominent.The urban land use efficiency based on the conversion of new and old kinetic energy gives it a new era connotation.In the process of the input and utilization of land elements in social and economic development,cities urgently need to get rid of the traditional high-rough,high-pollution,and low-efficiency methods and switch to a moderately intensive,low-pollution and high-efficiency method that meets the requirements of the new era.Green use of urban land has become a necessary way to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of urban land,release pressure on economic growth space,and maintain urban ecological security.Green use of urban land is the core requirement and key implementation path for the optimal allocation and effective use of urban land elements in the process of social and economic transformation and development.It is.also an important practical activity to implement the ecological protection concept of "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets ".At the same time,with the conversion of new and old kinetic energy and the advancement of regional coordinated development processes,different cities are connected together in the flow of new and old kinetic energy elements such as human flow,material flow,capital flow,and information flow.The spatial interaction between cities is becoming increasingly close,and urban land green development Utilization is not "individual politics" or "fighting alone",but there is an externality of space overflow.The local urban land green use efficiency will be spatially related to the urban land green use efficiency of other cities.Therefore,strengthening the research on urban land green use efficiency under the background of new and old kinetic energy conversion is of great significance for improving the efficiency of spatial allocation of land resources,reducing the ecological and environmental risks in urban land development and utilization,promoting inter-city cooperation and interconnected development,and promoting the transformation and upgrading of urban socioeconomic quality significance.Based on this,the article draws on and absorbs existing literature research,first of all,On the basis of clarifying the connotation of the concept of urban land green use efficiency based on new and old kinetic energy,conversion,construct a theoretical analysis framework and indicator system of urban land green use efficiency measurement based new and old kinetic energy conversion The model of unexpected output super-efficiency-SBM was used to measure the Urban land green use efficiency of 283 cities in China from 2003 to 2017.Secondly,a comprehensive application of kernel density estimation and exploratory spatial data analysis methods is used to characterize and identify the time-series dynamic evolution law and spatial pattern evolution characteristics of China's Urban land green use efficiency from a two-dimensional perspective of time and space.Thirdly,by constructing an economiic geospatial weight matrix,the spatial panel Dubin model is used to estimate and test the spatial spillover effects of urban land green use efficiency at the national scale and subdivision scale.The partial differential decomposition method in the spatial panel Dubin model is used to analyze the direct and spillover effects of the driving factors of' urban land green use efficiency.Finally,Based on the full-text theoretical analysis and quantitative empirical research results,this paper proposes the path choices for improving urban land green use efficiency based on the conversion of new and old kinetic energy.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)The input of new kinetic energy elements is conducive to improving the green utilization efficiency of urban land.The input of new kinetic energy elements can bring high-quality land output effieiency by itself.Traditionally,the elements can also be modernized and upgraded by grafting new kinetic energy elements,renewing new opportunities,and improving the comprehensive utilization efficiency of urban land.(2)Green urban land use efficiency in China is generally on the rise,but there are also regional differences.The key to improving the overall level of green land use efficiency in Chinese cities is to strengthen Governance of Urban land green use efficiency in low-value areas will complement the shortcomings of Urban land green use efficiency in low-value areas.In terms of geographic space,the green use efficiency of China's urban land has a "center-periphery" spatial dual structural feature.The cities in the high-value areas are mostly located in the cities in the eastern coastal economically developed areas,the cities in the regional economic centers,and the cities with better endowments of eco-tourism resources.The cities in the low-value areas are mostly located in the inland areas of the central and western regions and the border areas of the provinces.(3)There is a global spatial autocorrelation of the urban land green use efficiency in China.The green utilization efficiency of each city's land in geographical space is not randomly isolated from each other but is spatially related to each other.The green utilization efficiency of local urban land will not only affect the green utilization efficiency of neighboring cities,but also the impact of neighboring cities.In the local spatial pattern,there are four types of spatial agglomeration types:high-value cluster type(HH),low-value collapse type(LH),low-value cluster type(LL),and high-value convex type(HL).It mainly uses HH and LL,supplemented by HL and LH.In the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,a "circum-Beijing-Tianjin low-value zone" was formed,while in the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta regions,clustered high-value clusters were formed.The geographical hot and cold areas of urban land use efficiency also show the characteristics of "clustering" spatial distribution.In the geographical space,it presents a spatial pattern of "city clusters and clusters",and there are "near Zhu Zhe Chi,near Zhe Zhe Hei" spatial proximity peer effect.(4)There are a positive spatial autocorrelation and a positive spatial spillover effect in China's urban land green use efficiency at the national and regional scales.The spatial utilization of the green use efficiency of local urban land and the neighboring cities' green use efficiency are spatially related.The improvement of Urban land green use efficiency will have a positive impact on the green utilization efficiency of neighboring cities,and promote the green utilization efficiency of neighboring cities.The global spatial autocorrelation and spatial spillover effects of urban land green use efficiency show a gradient difference in the eastern region>central region>western region.(5)Decomposition results of the spatial effects of the driving factors of Urban land green use efficiency on a national scale show that economic development,urban transportation,endowment of ecological resources,advanced industrial structure,degree of marketization,and intensity of environmental regulations have significant positive effects on the green utilization efficiency of local cities.The promotion effect;population agglomeration,urban space expansion,foreign investment,and government intervention have a significant negative inhibitory effect on the green utilization efficiency of local urban land.Population agglomeration,urban transportation,endowment of ecological resources,advanced industrial structure,and degree of marketization have a significant positive effect on the green utilization efficiency of neighboring cities;government intervention has a significant negative effect on the green utilization efficiency of neighboring cities.(6)The decomposition results of the spatial effects of the driving factors of Urban land green use efficiency at the regional scale show that in eastern China,economic development,urban transportation,ecological resource endowment,and environmental regulation intensity only have a positive promotion effect on local cities;advanced industrial structure,market The urbanization of the city has a positive effect on the local and surrounding cities,and government intervention has a negative effect on the local and surrounding cities.In central China,the level of economic development and urban transportation have only a positive effect on local cities;population concentration has a negative effect on local cities,but it has a positive effect on neighboring cities;ecological resource endowment and advanced industrial structure Both the local and surrounding cities have a positive promotion effect;foreign investment and government.intervention have a negative inhibitory effect on the local and surrounding cities;the intensity of environmental regulation has a positive promotion effect on the local support,but has a negative effect on the surrounding cities Inhibition.In western China,the level of economic development,the endowment of ecological resources,the degree of marketization,foreign investment,and the strength of environmental regulations only have a positive effect on local cities;population agglomeration only has a negative effect on local cities;the advanced industrial cities.(7)According to the full-text theoretical analysis and quantitative empirical research results,this paper proposes the path choices for improving urban land green use efficiency based on the
