Research On The Influence Of Environmental Regulation On Green Technology Innovation Of Manufacturing Enterprises

The contradiction between scientific and technological economic development,energy consumption and environmental pollution is becoming increasingly fierce.As a pillar of the national economy and a major industry that causes environmental pollution,the traditional economic development mode based on scale expansion has caused enormous constraints on resources and environment,coupled with manufacturing technology.With China's macroeconomic into the new normal stage of development,due to the serious imbalance in the impetus structure of economic growth,the gradual death of "demographic dividend",prominent labor problems and rising cost of factors,the impetus of economic growth has gradually shifted from increasing input of factors and investment to relying on technological progress and implementing green innovation.As the microcosmic main body of the manufacturing industry,manufacturing enterprises are facing the dual pressure of emission reduction from the international community and the ecological environment,and they are the backbone of the national energy conservation,emission reduction and industrial transformation and upgrading goals.However,at present,China's manufacturing enterprises are not highly motivated to implement green technology innovation,and it is in the primary stage.Under the strong pressure of global environmental regulation,if China wants to achieve the goal of ‘manufacturing power' to ‘manufacturing power',it must accelerate the green transformation of manufacturing industry.Therefore,it is of great significance to systematically study the complex influence mechanism between environmental regulation and green technology innovation of manufacturing enterprises to promote the green sustainable development of Chinese manufacturing enterprises and enhance China's international competitiveness.This study based on the concept of natural resource base theory,system theory,stakeholder theory and the theory of planned behavior theory and thoughts.First of all,based on the green technology innovation process perspective,it further studies the manufacturing enterprise green stage division and the key problems of technological innovation.Secondly,on this basis to build the model of environmental regulation effect based on green technology innovation process,all aspects of in-depth analysis of the environmental regulation on green technology innovation impetus,behavior,efficiency and diffuse.Finally,it puts forward using environmental regulation to promote China's manufacturing enterprises countermeasures and Suggestions on the development of green technology innovation.Firstly,the theoretical framework of the impact of environmental regulation on manufacturing enterprises green technology innovation is established.From the basic concept of environmental regulation and green technology innovation of manufacturing enterprises,it summarizes the environmental regulation and the related theories of green technology innovation,and puts forward the basic process of manufacturing enterprises green technology innovation and the division of management issues of stage.It explores the environmental regulation to the manufacturing enterprise green technology innovation power,behavior,efficiency,and the diffusion,and analyzes the relationship between each part of the research content.Finally,it formed theoretical framework of environmental regulation on green technology innovation of manufacturing enterprises.It laid the groundwork for the following research.Secondly,this paper discusses the influence of environmental regulation on the impetus of manufacturing enterprises green technology innovation.It analyzed China's manufacturing enterprises green technology innovation impetus from two aspects including internal motivation and external motivation,and clarifies the environmental regulation on green technology innovation impetus,internal motivation and external motivation mechanism.It constructed the evaluation index system of green technology innovation impetus and employed the entropy method to evaluate the global manufacturing enterprise green technology innovation impetus.The panel data model is used to empirically analyze the impact of environmental regulation on the impetus of manufacturing enterprises green technology innovation.Thirdly,this paper reveals the influence of environmental regulation on manufacturing enterprises green technology innovation behavior.Based on the theory of planned behavior,a conceptual model of environmental regulation affecting manufacturing enterprises green technology innovation behavior is constructed.Environmental regulation is as a front variable,green technology innovation is as a intermediary variable.At the same time,knowledge sharing is taken as the moderating variable.The influence mechanism of environmental regulation on green technology innovation behavior of manufacturing enterprises is further explored.On the basis of putting forward the research hypothesis,the paper makes an empirical test through hierarchical regression analysis.Fourth,the influence of environmental regulation on the efficiency of green technology innovation in manufacturing enterprises is explored.Firstly,the evaluation index system of manufacturing enterprises green technology innovation efficiency is constructed from three aspects of green technology innovation input,expected output and non-expected output,and the super-sbm method including non-expected output is used to measure the green manufacturing enterprises technology innovation efficiency.Secondly,the non-parametric kernel density estimation method based on kernel function is used to investigate the dynamic evolution characteristics of green technology innovation efficiency in China's manufacturing industry.Finally,on the basis of analyzing the influence mechanism of environmental regulation on manufacturing enterprises green technology innovation efficiency,this paper empirically studies the threshold effect of environmental regulation on manufacturing enterprises green technology innovation efficiency.Fifth,this paper analyzes the influence of environmental regulation on manufacturing enterprises green technology innovation diffusion.On the one hand,it defines the connotation of green technology innovation diffusion in manufacturing enterprises,and explores the main body and mode of green technology innovation diffusion in manufacturing enterprises.On the other hand,based on the evolutionary game theory,a three-party game model of environmental regulation on green technology innovation diffusion of manufacturing enterprises is constructed,and the dynamic evolution process of environmental regulation's influence on green technology innovation diffusion of manufacturing enterprises is analyzed through the numerical simulation system.Finally,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to promote the development of manufacturing enterprises green technology innovation by using environmental regulation.According to the research results,based on the perspective of green technology innovation process,from the four aspects of enhancing the impetus of green technology innovation of manufacturing enterprises,strengthening the green technology innovation behavior of manufacturing enterprises,improving the efficiency of green technology innovation of manufacturing enterprises,and promoting the diffusion of green technology innovation of manufacturing enterprises,this paper puts forward the guarantee countermeasures to promote the green innovation development of manufacturing enterprises by using environmental regulations.
