The rapid development of China's economy and the excessive consumption of energy have caused a series of environment problems, threatening the health of residents and the safety of ecological environment. In this process,in addition to the increase of environment pollution caused by local economic growth and energy consumption, the spatial spillover factor can not be ignored.Due to the spatial spillover of environment pollution and the increasingly close relationship between regions, environment quality is not only affected by the economic development and energy consumption of the region, but also by the impact of neighboring regions.Environment governance can not only rely on local government, but also be affected by the policies of surrounding areas. Is there spatial spillover effect of the socio-economic factors on environment quality? What is the size of the spatial spillover? Ignoring these problems will not only bring difficulties to local government pollution control, but also directly affect the realization of China's energy conservation and emission reduction goals. This thesis studies the relationship between economic growth, energy consumption and environment quality from the perspective of spatial effect,in order to provide a reasonable reference for the government to formulate more effective environment governance policies.According to the technical route of “theoretical framework construction-empirical research-conclusions and policy suggestions”,based on the research at home and abroad and from the perspective of spatial effect, this thesis constructs the theoretical framework of the relationship between economic growth, energy consumption and environment quality, and analyzes their internal relation. The spatial correlation of China's economic growth, energy consumption and environment quality indicators is measured by exploratory spatial data analysis. The spatial Environment Kuznets Curve model is established, and the influence of economic growth and energy consumption on environment quality is empirically studied by spatial econometric method. On this basis,it comprehensively evaluates economic growth, energy consumption and environment quality from system science, examines the evolution characteristics of spatiotemporal coupling of economic growth, energy consumption and environment quality, and the spatial spillover effect of innovation and their coupling coordinated development, thus providing policysuggestions for regional environment governance and coordinated development.First of all, this thesis studies the relationship between economic growth, energy consumption and environment quality from the perspective of spatial effect. From the analysis of classical theoretical basis and the construction of influence mechanism, this thesis discussed these aspects. On the basis of defining the concepts of space and spatial effect, and theories of Environmental Kuznets curve, spatial economics, economic growth and system science, this thesis deeply analyzes the influence of economic growth and energy consumption on environment quality through scale, structure and technology effect from local and spatial perspectives, and constructs internal interaction mechanism theory of economic growth, energy consumption and environment quality, laying a theoretical foundation for this study.Secondly,in the study of the impact of economic growth on environment quality from spatial effect, this thesis analyzes the spatial effect of economic growth and environment quality from two aspects: spatial correlation and spatial spillover effect, and studies the impact of economic growth indicators on environment quality from spatial effect. The study shows significant positive spatial correlation and agglomeration of China's provincial environment pollution and economic growth.Furthermore, the spatial econometric model is used to test the impact of economic growth on environment quality, which can be divided into direct effect and indirect effect. The empirical results show that the spatial Environment Kuznets Curve presents an inverted N type.Economic growth has a significant spatial spillover effect on environment quality. The high-tech industry development helps to improve environment quality. This expands the research of environment quality impact, and lays a foundation for the follow-up research based on economic structure effect and spatial effect. Then,in the study of the impact of energy consumption on environment quality from the perspective of spatial effect, this thesis analyzes the spatial effect of energy consumption, and empirically studies the impact of energy structure and energy intensity change on environment quality from spatial effect. This study constructs an analysis model of the impact of energy consumption on environment quality from the perspective of spatial effect, analyzes the spatial correlation of energy consumption from the perspective of energy structure, and finds that there are significant spatial correlation and spatial agglomeration effect in the consumption structure of clean energy, coal consumption structure and energy intensity among provinces in China. From the perspective of spatial effect, coal energyconsumption has an aggravating effect on environment pollution, and the clean energy consumption structure has a restraining effect on environment pollution, which verifies the direct effect of clean energy structure on emission reduction. The spatial econometric model considers the spatial spillover effect of energy consumption and environment indicators, and solves the problem of neglecting the spatial impact. Then,in the study of the interaction between economic growth, energy consumption and environment quality from the perspective of spatial effect, combined with the output model considering energy and environment constraints, the spatial simultaneous equation model is constructed, and the interaction of economic growth, energy consumption and environment quality is empirically tested from the perspective of spatial effect. The empirical research of output equation shows that material capital, labor force, human capital and energy input are the driving forces of economic development.Among them, human capital, material capital input and energy force have a greater impact on economic output, and environment pressure has a negative correlation with economic growth, proving environment pollution's feedback effect on economic growth. Both energy technology and environment management affect environment quality.By embedding spatial factors, the defects of ignoring interaction and spatial factors are overcome. Finally, based on the PLS path model, coupling coordination degree model, exploratory spatial data analysis method and spatial panel data model, this thesis empirically tests the spatial spillover effect of the spatial coupling evolution characteristics of provincial economy-energy-environment coordinated development and innovation drive.Firstly, the mechanism of EEE coupling coordinated development and innovation drive is analyzed, and then the empirical method is used to analyze spatial agglomeration effect of EEE coupling coordinated development and spillover effect of innovation. It is found that there are spatial correlation and spatial agglomeration effects between the economy, energy and environment coordinated development and technological innovation, and there are significant spatial spillover effects of technological innovation elements. It is verified that there are driving effect and spatial spillover effects of technological innovation elements on EEE coupling coordinated development, supplementing the empirical evidence of spatial effect research in the EEE field. This thesis constructs the theoretical framework of the relationship between economic growth, energy consumption and environment quality from the perspective of spatial effect, and deepens the theoretical research in this field. The empirical research from theperspective of spatial effect enriches the empirical evidence in this field, and provides theoretical basis and empirical support for the formulation of energy and environment management policies and the implementation of energy conservation and emission reduction strategies.
