With the rapid development of the network of urban rail transit,the relatively independent single line operation and management has been transformed into multi line integrated operation management that highlights the characteristics of complicated network structure,large-scale devices,significant increase in passenger flow,diversification of operation organization,safety risk factors and so on which puts forward higher information management requirements for daily operational safety and security.Building a network oriented comprehensive management and security system with the content of forewarning and prediction before operation,real-time monitoring in operation,comprehensive evaluation feedback after operation can comprehensively improve operational safety,standard of service,and decision-making analytical ability.The paper solved the problems of analysis,modeling,example verification,technological schemes and system application of the security theory and comprehensive operation evaluation through field investigation,questionnaire survey,literature review,calculation and simulation.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Taking the urban rail transit operation management as a breakthrough point,security system and operation evaluation current situation was fully researched.According to the network operation model as well as its characteristics of urban rail transit network operation trend,the paper put forward a concept of comprehensive and multi-mode security management support system for network operation key business which can be learned from the life-cycle concept of advance,in the matter,after emergency safety management.(2)By using the method of safety factor identification and the theory of accident causing analysis,the risk factors of urban rail transit system safety were mainly analyzed.Combined with safety business,it studied the integration of multi-source heterogeneous data,the early warning mechanism of security,the basic theory of precaution and prediction and unified evaluation,and thoroughly researched the key technology of line network security.(3)Based on the topology structure of road network and in space dimension("station-line-network),the time dimension(moment and time interval)and operation state(normal operation,abnormal operation),it set up a comprehensive,integrated,business cross and multi-particle "micro-meso-macro" evaluation index system in urban rail transit network operation which contains four aspects for evaluation of transport capacity,service level,operational safety and transportation organization.(4)The paper researched the mathematics model,experimental process and fitness based on early warning prediction and comprehensive evaluation method,and also verified the equipment failures warning model,normal and unusual multi scene passenger flow forecasting model,analytic hierarchy process and comprehensive operational evaluation model by data simulation,then established equipment and passenger flow classification and rank warning level standard system which conforms to the urban rail transit network operation supervision emphasis and has the practical guiding significance relying on practical application of industry.(5)The application system architecture,data storage model and business module function was designed using data warehouse.Besides,Multi source heterogeneous large data standardization and ETL normalized process was studied and urban rail transit operation 14 core business theme domain data model was constructed using data structure and data mart concept.In the end,integrated security assessment system platform was built which includes the functions of real-time detection,warning and alarm,operational simulation and evaluation,multi-dimensional analysis and so on.
