| With the increasingly severe problems of global environment and the lack of fossil energy,new energy wins more and more focus.However,renewable energies such as wind power and photovoltaic power are intermittent and random,which causes many negative influences on the safety and stability of the grid on parallel operation.Compared with the massive and intensive parallel operation of new energies,the micro grid compensates for the short of safety and stability.Micro grid could also increase the reliability of power supply and decrease the grid’s dissipation by reasonable planning and management.It plays a positive role on many aspects such as improving the anti-disaster ability of electric power system,providing accident support and backup among regions and implementing the rational distribution of power resources.Meanwhile,for the common power supply of rural areas,micro grid is able to effectively solve such problems as long transmission distance,low power,severe line loss and expensive substation construction,supporting the power supply of rural areas and areas difficult for ordinary power grid to cover.As one of the key techniques of micro grid,power storage could implement stable voltage,frequency adjustment,load shifting etc.to relieve the regulation stress of new energy switching into micro grid,thus realizing the safe and reliable power supply.Therefore,on the basis of system operation demand,we should take reasonable planning and designing,dispatcher control and reliability benefit evaluation for power storage system on micro grid,and provide scientific business mode and security mechanism considering many aspects such as technique,investment and policy,which is very meaningful to promote the massive application of micro grid by realizing the optimal operation of micro grid power storage.Firstly,the planning model of micro grid with power storage system was built and example analysis was made based on different operation scenarios.Power storage system is very important for ensuring the supply-demand balance of micro grid energy and rich system backup.Reasonable planning is needed to decide optimal system scale due to high cost of battery power storage system at the present stage.On the process of model building,both the supply-demand balance and the system backup were considered;on the planning approach,the velocity of convergence and rubostness of harmony search algorithm were improved;on the example analysis,combined with the problem of supply-demand balance and system backup,three operation scenarios of micro grid were considered.Secondly,the optimal control strategy model of power storage system of micro grid was built and the example analysis was made.For the purpose of guaranteeing power supply-demand balance and promoting the dissolving of renewable energy by optimizing the opration of micro grid system,this part made a research on the control strategy of the battery power storage system of parallel micro grid with power storage based on the first research contents.On the process of model building,the scroll simulation and prediction of system operation status were realized base on the receding horizon control method;mixing the ideas of Cuckoo Search Algorithm and generic algorithm leads to the Modified Cuckoo Search Algorithm with better convergence effect;four operation objectives of micro grid were set to research the influence on the control strategy of power storage,and multiple implementation strategies of power storage control were researched under the same objective.Thirdly,the model of reliability benefit evaluation of micro grid with power storage system was built and the example analysis was done.Reliability benefit is defined as the loss that user can avoid because the micro grid system reaches some reliability level,that is,user’s benefit.Based on the first two research contents mentioned above,this part evaluated the reliability benefit of micro grid with power storage system.On the process of model building,the evaluation index of insufficient power generation was considered;on the algorithmic level,the modified ant colony optimization was raised,which improved the astringency and accuracy by setting heuristic arguments;some typical micro grid systems were calculated to analyze the influence of battery power grid system’s installation on idle capacity,ENS distribution and operation cost of the system.Fourthly,the business mode and security mechanism of the power storage development of micro grid were raised.Scientific business mode,policy mechanism and security measures are indispensable for the healthy and ordered development of micro grid power storage.This part put forward the business mode on four aspects,i.e.creation of user value,intelligent use of electric power,innovation of technique and business,improvement of system benefit;based on the concept of Energy Internet,corresponding business development strategies of short/medium/long term were raised for micro grid power storage;policy mechanism of the power storage development of micro grid was raised from five aspects,that is,strategy planning,economic policy,fiscal and tax policy,investment and financing policy,supervision mechanism;the security measures were raised from four aspects:market mechanism,supervision mechanism,industry security and organization security. |
