In recent years,the rapid development of China's economy has led to a sharp increase in energy demand,which has led to energy supply and environmental protection issues.Accelerating the development of new energy has become the focus of China's society.Driven by strong policies.China's new energy development is very rapid.However,due to the randomness of new energy power generation such as scenery and the inverse spatial-temporal distribution of resources and demand,China's new energy generation and energy abandonment is very serious.Mengxi power grid is adjacent to the load center of North China,northeast and northwest power grids.It is an important national energy and power output base and plays an important role in the national energy development and energy conservation and emission reduction strategy.At the same time,it is also an important area for the country to implement the renewable energy development plan and achieve the strategic goal of energy conservation and emission reduction.Overcoming the randomness and inverse load of new energy is an important part to solve the current problem.Against this background,the NDRC and the Energy Bureau jointly put forward the strategic layout of "strengthening energy interconnection,promoting multiple energy optimization" and "Internet plus energy".It is also known as micro energy network to establish a multi-point distributed energy resource,which takes power as the center,flexibly accepts multi-agent technology,integrates energy information,and realizes regional energy autonomy through coordinated control and decision-making system,coupling power system,thermal network and natural gas network.This paper takes micro energy grid as the research object,analyzes the coupling mechanism of various energy operation systems,and discusses the role of micro energy grid in promoting the energy consumption of new energy generation.The main research contents are as follows:(1)In this paper,the basic concepts and related policies of micro energy network are reviewed,and the different operation modes of micro energy network are analyzed.This paper collects the implementation and existing problems of micro energy network projects in Japan,the United States,Europe and China,and gives the corresponding experience and enlightenment.On this basis,combined with China's current national conditions,the theoretical basis for in-depth study of the mathematical model of micro energy grid operation and its benefit evaluation,and for promoting the energy consumption of clean energy generation has been established(2)A model of micro energy network economic factors is established.First of all,from the planning layer and the operation layer,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the micro energy network economy,including the cost of power generation,energy storage unit and grid connection,operation revenue,environmental revenue,etc.Secondly,taking the clean energy grid connection rate,load outage rate and tie line load rate as the operation evaluation index,the paper constructs the influencing factor model of micro energy network economy,and finally ranks the important influencing factors after quantification,and obtains the key influencing factors of micro energy network economy.(3)The operation optimization model of micro energy network with multiple energy storage is established.Firstly,the types and characteristics of energy storage are analyzed and the mathematical model is established;secondly,the multi-objective model is established with the maximum economic benefit and the minimum load fluctuation.Considering the difference between the direction and magnitude of the objective function optimization,the fuzzy membership function is used to transform the numerical optimization into the degree optimization,and the maximum and minimum satisfaction method is used to transform the multi-objective into the single objective solution.Finally,an example is analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model,quantify the impact of energy storage on the clean energy economy and stability,and promote the clean energy Energy integration and consumption.(4)A micro energy network operation optimization model with energy conversion is established.Firstly,the energy conversion type,operation mode and mathematical model are analyzed;secondly,the multi-objective model is built with the goal of maximizing economic benefits and minimizing energy waste cost;finally,an example is analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model,quantify the impact of energy conversion unit on micro energy network economy and energy waste cost,and verify the electricity heat conversion characteristics of electric boiler The characteristics of electricity gas electricity bidirectional conversion cycle can promote the clean energy consumption of micro energy grid.(5)A micro energy network operation optimization model considering demand response is established.Firstly,the types of demand response are analyzed and the mathematical models of different response types are built.Secondly,the multi-objective optimal scheduling model is established with the goal of maximizing economic benefits and minimizing carbon emissions.At the same time,the user side introduces demand response management.In the process of solving the model,the nested minimum modulus ideal point method with weight is used to improve the traditional particle swarm optimization algorithm.Thirdly,the effectiveness of the proposed model is verified by comparing the scenarios before and after setting the response.Finally,the technical and economic evaluation of the operation results after the implementation of demand response is carried out from the clean energy grid connection rate,load outage rate and tie line debt rate Price.The results show that the price based demand response can optimize the power consumption behavior of users,smooth the load demand curve and improve the system standby service.Demand response can promote the clean energy grid connected output in micro energy grid,and improve the economic and environmental benefits of micro energy grid.(7)A comprehensive benefit evaluation model of micro energy network considering multi-agent is established.First of all,the evaluation index system of comprehensive benefit of micro energy network is constructed from four dimensions of economy,environmental protection,sociality and technicality;second,the evaluation model of comprehensive benefit of micro energy network is established,and the evaluation index system is weighted by the combination of entropy weight and AHP,and the comprehensive benefit of different implementation schemes of micro energy network is evaluated by approaching ideal point method Finally,an example is used to verify and calculate the proposed evaluation method,which further explains the positive role of the micro energy network considering demand response in absorbing and discarding wind and light,and promoting the consumption of clean energy.
