Vi-Ti black ceramic solar collector,with the main characteristics of low cost,long lifetime and good aging-resistance,provides a new developing train of thought to change the unenvironmental-friendly heating methods in traditional rural residence.However,at president,the Vi-Ti black ceramic solar collector is only one kind of terminal thermal collecting devices.Former studies of it still has multiple shortcomings.The developing bottlenecks of this type of thermal collecting system may be broken through if we can explore the mechanism between this system and the other energy devices in rural residence,and establish mature building integration constitution mode.Therefore,the solar thermal heating technologies can be further expand in the application on rural residence.This study conducted laboratory tests of the Vi-Ti black ceramic solar collector’s thermal performance,which showed that the laboratory thermal collecting efficiencies were between 51%and 52%.Also,this research conducted filed tests of it on a rural living townhouse in Heze,Shandong,which showed that the air temperatures in bedrooms during winter were between 12.1℃ to 15.0℃,and the average thermal collecting efficiency of this system was 50.63%.In a word,the Vi-Ti black ceramic solar collecting system meets relevant industrial requirements and has the possibility to replace all or part of the traditional heating methods.This thesis analyzed the thermal conducting process and thermal performance of Vi-Ti solar collector.Directing at Vi-Ti solar collector,this study built a calculating method,designed a reference model,and analyzed parametres of the model,such as ambient temperature,solar radiation intensity,aperture area,width of fin,thickness of fin,number of cover layer,thickness of cover layer,transmittance of cover layer,mass flow rate,and inlet temperature.Based on these analysis results,this research designed an optimized collector model.By comparising the optimized model with the reference model,the instantaneous efficiency has been increased by 23.94%.Based on the above-mentioned basic study results,this thesis also conducted optimization design of Vi-Ti black ceramic solar collecting system and auxiliary heating system.Firstly,by simulation,the research found that the most appropriate rural residence type was the flat roof building with large with-depth radio.The research also illustrated the estimation method of best collecting inclination and area.Secondly,directing at the typical models,Vi-Ti black ceramic solar heating systems were designed.Thirdly,by calculating and analyzing,this study confirmed that biomass boiler system was the most energy-saving,economic-saving and environmental-friendly auxiliary heating energy resource.At last,the thesis worked out the main parametres of Vi-Ti black ceramic solar collecting-biomass boiler auxiliary heating system,established its optimization model,and made optimization design of the typical models.Then,this thesis discussed the integration mode of Vi-Ti black ceramic solar collector with roof and wall of rural residence.A series of Vi-Ti black ceramic solar water heating system integration construction with rural residence drawings were also provided.By analyzing,under the mode of heated in winter but not cooled in summer,the mounting of Vi-Ti black ceramic solar collectors showed greater influence to winter indoor environment than to summer indoor environment.And the Vi-Ti black ceramic solar collectors installed on walls played a less important role to building thermal environment than that installed on roofs.Although all the construction methods would brought extra cost to buildings,the types of integral roof and integral wall were the cost-optimal options.In conclusion,this thesis optimized the thermal performance of Vi-Ti black ceramic solar collector in theory,proved technical and economical feasibility of it using in rural residential heating,and illustrated the effective integration methods of this system with rural buildings.This research is beneficial to develope the train of thought of solar thermal utilization,and is good for remission the tense situation of energy supply brought by the rising rural energy demand.The study has some scientific significance in promoting building-applied Vi-Ti black ceramic solar collecting system,improving environment in practical and alleviating the difficulty of haze governance.
