| This paper to analyze the characteristics of rconcrete radiant floor cooling system,utilizing heat effect of building envelope structure and internal heat,according to the characteristics of radiant cooling system considering the average temperature on human thermal comfort,reasonable operation of the control system,thus to guarantee the indoor thermal comfort,energy system as the goal.According to the analysis and operation control for radiant floor cooling system to the key problems,establish the system model,the average radiation temperature and indoor temperature calculation model and the control system,using the method of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field measurement of the combination of the following: RC network model established for air conditioning system of radiant floor cooling system and fresh air the master in the dynamic changes of external disturbance and temperature regulating surface temperature of building envelope and the floor under the action of internal;in the use of the fuzzy relation matrix method based on semi tensor product on the mathematical model established and related parameters of indoor air temperature and the average radiation temperature,which makes the analysis of indoor thermal comfort is more in line with radiation cooling system;based on RC network model through which the model of state space formulation,it is to be analyzed about the system operating conditions of a typical room.The following results are obtained:(1)Considering the characteristics of the radiant floor cooling system,a dynamic building model is established by using the RC network method.And the dynamics of the concrete radiant floor cooling system are analyzed to obtain the state parameters of the system during operation.By comparing the model calculation with the actual(2)Based on the semi-tensor product fuzzy relation matrix method,it establishes the relationship model of environmental parameters,state parameters,indoor mean radiation temperature and indoor air temperature.This model avoids the complicated calculation of the average radiation temperature and its accuracy is satifactory.Comparing the model calculation with the measured data,the results show that the average indoor radiation temperature and indoor air temperature in different rooms in different working conditions with average error of about 3%.Further,the maximum error does not exceed 6%,the mean square error is less than 0.4.It is recognized that the fuzzy relation matrix model is reliable.(3)Based on the system RC network model,taking into account the time-of-use price,an MPC framwork for the radiant cooling system of concrete floors was established.Combining with the characteristics of radiation cooling,the operative temperature was taken as one of the constraints.The study compares MPC control strategy and rule control strategy.The results show that by controlling the operation control of several typical experimental areas in Antai energy-saving demonstration building,the energy-saving rate can reach 12.3% and the energy-saving cost can be about 14.1%.The floor radiant cooling system combines the air conditioning system with the building itself.The pre-cooling is equivalent to the use of the building mass including the cold storage capacity of the floor storage which causes the building load shifted,reduece peak load and enhenced cooling capacity is improved.The MPC methods can effectively balance the thermal comfort and operating costs which will be practicle.(4)Under the laboratory conditions,through the prediction of environmental conditions,the MPC control strategy was implemented for the light-weight structural houses that used concrete radiant floor cooling.It is proved that the system performed well.The above conclusions can be drawn that the floor radiation cooling mode adopts an independent temperature and humidity control method.Under the premise of ensuring the thermal comfort of the room,the building energy consumption cost is reduced to a great extent,and the system is tested under the experimental conditions.Realize it.The research will provide the basis for the design of radiation floor cooling system and the establishment of operation control strategies. |
