Compared with traditional air conditioning systems the floor radiant cooling system has some advantages. The floor radiant cooling system takes up little architectural space. Its temperature and humidity can be controlled independently and the temperature is uniformly distributed. The floor radiant cooling system has a wide developing space in the future. But the system was rarely used in the real practice and there is no design manual about the system. At the same time if it is not well controlled in actual operation some questions such as terminal temperature uneven, condensation and conditioning delay are likely to arise. These questions influence the development of the radiant air conditioning system.Therefore,it is necessary to do further study on the operation strategy of the floor radiant cooling system and put forward a more appropriate centralized control scheme.This subject is run on the floor radiant cooling system with temperature and humidity independent control of Antai energy-saving demonstration building platform. It puts forward the operating strategy of continuous operation of buried tube direct-supply and studies the heat transfer calculation and heat-storage and discharge characteristics of the energy storage floor. It also analyzes the applicability of the buried tube direct-supply technology under different working conditions and operations optimization of building ontology storage coupled with displacement ventilation. Use the Trnsys to build a control model on the system with temperature and humidity are independent controlled in a typical summer meteorological parameters. It optimizes the original operating strategies, does some comparisons and analysis and puts forwards optimized operating strategies under different working conditions. This subject analyzes and compares the control strategies of traditional air conditioning systems and demonstrates the feasibility and energy efficiency of the operating strategy of continuous operation of buried tube direct-supply. Through this study we find the floor radiant cooling system with buried tube continuous operation direct-supply technology meet the demand of the sensible heat of the room in most summer meteorological parameters. When wet load is large in the summer, the control strategy of continuous operation of buried tube direct-supply with displacement ventilation can meet the need of indoor thermal environment. When in the condition that the cold and humid load are large in the summer continuous operation cannot meet the load we can open heat pumps and combined with buried tube direct-supply what not only can save energy but also meet room comfort requirements.The paper puts forwards the continuous operation of buried tube direct-supply and expounds its use in the floor radiant cooling system. It analyzes the rationality and feasibility from the theory, experiment and simulations aspects, discusses the operating control strategies under different conditions and finally achieves the optimizing operation goal. The subject can offer a feasible basis for promotion of floor radiant cooling system in projects.
