Currently,human body date have been used more and more wildly in textile and apparel industry,orthopedic medicine,ergonomics and so on.Human body measurement technology is a very important research topic,and meanwhile it is one of the fundamental science and technology in the industrialized countries.It will has the widespread commercial value and the prospects for developments.However,there are still many problems in the popularization and application of non-contact 3D human body measurement system.This kind of system general has the problems such as huge and complex hardware structure,tremendous amount of calculation of data process,complexity of the calibration process,and poor engineering practicability.In the past 20 years,our country has accelerated the research and development of non-contact 3D body measurement system,and has developed a lot of 3D human body measurement system.However,in general,there is not only still a lack of innovative theoretical and practical 3D human body measurement system,but also in the market,the domestic market is still dominated by foreign 3D human body measurement system.In order to solve the above problems,this paper develops a portable human body scanning measurement system for the particularity of human body.The system meets the requirements of the precision,scanning and processing speed,engineering and practicality.This paper focuses on the following five aspects: the mathematical model of three dimensional reconstruction and coordinate transformation;the hardware and software design of pan tilt zoom control system;the target area optimization and target recognition algorithm of laser stripe image processing;simulation system and error correction algorithm.The main contents of this paper are summarized as follows:(1)The measurement method of the active rotating scanning is adopted in the system;the measuring principle,the framework and the technical routes of the portable human body scanning measurement system are analyzed;based on the analysis of the basic principle and mathematical model of the line structured light 3D vision measurement method,three dimensional reconstruction mathematical model and coordinate transformation model of the system are established.(2)The hardware and software of pan tilt zoom control system is designed and implemented in this paper;realized the synchronous control of double pan tilt zoom;connected the pan tilt zoom synchronous control system and image acquisition system,realized the system requirements for the design of unified control pan tilt zoom and cameras.In this part,the operation accuracy and the scanning speed of the system are improved.(3)According to the three dimensional reconstruction mathematical model of the system and the characteristics of the collected human body laser stripe images,an optimized processing method is proposed by using the “bounding box” sub image,which contained the human body laser stripe;based on the Bezier interpolation curve method,the method of calculating the pixel coordinates of the center position of the laser stripe center of human body is proposed.(4)Based on the analysis of existing camera calibration methods,selected a suitable camera method for the system,and the camera internal attribute parameters and the coefficient of radial distortion were calibrated,and the calibration error is evaluated;a simple and effective method to calibrate the system parameters of a and ? is adopted;the error sources of the system are analyzed;a simulation system is designed and implemented;through the experiment of standard cylinder,the difference between the simulated data and the measured data is obtained,and the mechanical error of the system is corrected according to the error correction algorithm;the experimental results are verified the validity and reliability of the error correction algorithm.(5)On the basis of relevant theoretical research,combined with the need of specific human body measurement,a portable human body scanning measurement system is designed and implemented;the system has realized the 3D measurement of human body,and has carried on the point cloud reconstruction to the human body coordinate data;experiments were carried out,and the experimental results are compared with other devices;the correctness and effectiveness of the system are verified.
