The heavy traffic will accelerate the failure of concrete pavement,the cross-tensioned prestressed concrete pavement could be adapted to the heavy traffic,but its structural analysis and fatigue characteristics need a further study to improve the corresponding design standards and design methods.This article is taking study to summarize experience and accumulate data for compiling its design specification,and to provide the necessary theoretical support and technical guidance for the application of the cross-tensioned prestressed concrete pavement in our country,which has important theoretical significance and engineering value.(1)This paper summarized the loading characteristics of heavy traffic,investigated and analyzed the use condition of cross-tensioned prestressed concrete pavement,and put forward the failure mode of it.(2)According to the structure and loading characteristics of the cross-tensioned prestressed concrete pavement,the prestressed equivalent load calculation method and the finite element model were established,and the loading stress under heavy load of it was analyzed,finally put forward a practical calculation formula.(3)The finite element model of temperature field of cement concrete pavement with a thermal resistance layer was established.The temporal and spatial variation of temperature field was analyzed,and the maximum temperature gradient of concrete slab was calculated.(4)The finite element model of temperature-warping stress of cross-tensioned prestressed concrete slab was established,and the parameter law was analyzed,finally a practical calculation formula foe the temperature warping stress of it was proposed.(5)The stress characteristics of prestressed concrete pavement slabs under cyclic loading were analyzed,the fatigue test method which is considering the tension state was determined,and the characteristics of the stress resistance of cross-tensioned prestressed concrete pavement were established by using the existing experimental data.The fatigue life of the concrete which are under bending,pure tension,and tension were compared and analyzed,and a calculation method for the fatigue stress coefficient of cross-tensioned prestressed concrete pavement was proposed.(6)The axle load conversion formula for the cross-tensioned prestressed concrete pavemnet was proposed,the road design method was improved,and the calculation flow and examples were given.
