Research Of Chinese Traditional Regimen Culture And Modern Healing Landscape Design

With the development of the urbanization,the problem of city’s human settlement environment was been caused a wide attention.Modern healing landscape,which is the organic composition of human settlement environment,has become a new emerging design field.Under this situation,it’s valuable that taking healing landscape design into the consideration of improving modern human settlement environment in a historical context.Some main contents of this dissertation are following:Firstly,this dissertation will backtracking the healing landscape design in traditional Chinese human settlement environment,which has a core spirit of “human and nature is organic whole”.This part mainly include three aspects: 1,the discussion of artistic conception of regimen in traditional Chinese human settlement environment construction,which contained its geographic,philosophical and social basis and art expression,etc.2,the health factors and construction skills in Chinese traditional human settlement environment,just like the “Fengshui” in original settlement or ancient cities’ planning,“Qiyun” in classical gardening,and the methods for preserving man’s health in buildings constructing.3,the culture space of traditional Chinese medicine will be chosen as a typical study case,for the purpose to grasping the place spirit of traditional healing environment via discussing its historical context,landscape features and decorative settings.Secondly,the healing landscape system will be briefly discussed.Mainly including its concept,classification,space form,constitution elements of healing landscape,and the effects of user’s environment psychological needs and normal behavior.Through these analyses,the author hope to provide a relatively clear outline for modern healing landscape.Finally,the integrated designing of modern healing landscape will be explored to a certain extent.It will be stated withsome reasons of why the author intent to choose general hospital’ outdoor environment as the main design object,some including contents are as followed: 1,thedesignof landscape architecture and facilities in modern healing landscape will be discussed.2,it will be discussed that the path space landscape design via the design strategies,elements and scales of the path space landscape in healing environment.3,the author will select exterior landscape of hospital buildings as one research object to explore vertical green design,green roof design andimportant node space design in modern healing landscape.4,inthe aspect of green space design,it will be elabrated that the herbal landscape design,sensory healing landscape design,water features landscape design and landscape paving design,etc.5,some classification suggestions for the other type of healing landscapedesign will be put forward.As the essence of any environment design is about the humanity shaping,therefore,the subjectivity of designer is another important issue.Based on such considerations,the author would discuss the designer’s professional spirit cultivation at the end of this dissertation.
