Switching DC power converter is indispensable in power supply system.In many applications,especially in the field of national defense,the performance demand of the power supply is higher than ever before.The most important parts reflected in the multi-outputs,the output voltage range,the output power form and better adaptability for changeing load.Therefore,these key technologies have been the focus and hotspot in the field of power transformation.In recent years,high frequency AC link has the advantages of small volume,converted flexible,good electrical isolation,and easy to converter the voltage level,is widely used in the DC power supply system as the basic structure.It effectively improve the performance of the DC power supply system.The way to make use of the characteristics of the structure of high frequency AC link,to further increase the power output,broaden the range of output voltage,with impact load ability and bring change of the load ability,is a research problem to be solved.For the multi-output current-type requirement,the traditional structure may use common input or output coupling method,which cause poor cross regulation and low magnetic material utilization rate.Also the single channel with current mode output,the dynamic response is not good.The complexity of the whole system is reduced by effectively by integrating the power structure.Based on the optimization design of transformer and ripple cancellation structure,this paper proposes a current-mode multi-output structure,which improves the cross regulation,and the dynamic response of the module,also it reduce the overall volume.For constant power load demand,changing from low current with high voltage to large current with low voltage must be smooth switching,which usually cause over-design in the traditional converter structure.And to meet the requirements of the full range output,is usually a design problem,the change of the working point of device makes difficult selection,voltage/current stress is large,output filter is hard to optimize for full range of operation at the same time,which lead to the low power density,and poor efficiency.For wide range of output voltage requirements,a flexiable and efficient wide voltage output technology with its output characteristic is discussed,and the corresponding optimization scheme is presented,providing the basic for modular integration design.In the DC power supply system,for low frequency DC pulse demand,due to the instantaneous power is greater than the average power,traditional filter structure size is too big,and the dynamic response is not high,which leads to the design for application be wasteful.This paper proposed an integrated three port converter structure for such problem.The phase shifting full bridge converter and efficient bidirectional converter have been effective integration,which make isolated among the three port,and the use of high frequency decoupling scheme,the pulse power can be decoupled to high voltage side of bidirectional converter,effectively reducing the capacitance value,and improving the whole reliability.To meet the needs of new kind of variable equivalent load,such as plasma and electromagnetic heating applications.For the special load characteristic,usually need a variety of switching power supplies to meet their own needs,but the switch will cause the equivalent load fluctuation,and the overall efficiency is relatively low.High frequency AC pulsed output converter has been studied and analyzed to overcomes the traditional way of RF power supply,which should use the matching network between the load and power supply,caused complex design,low efficiency,and difficult maintenance,given the applications of corresponding design optimization of power supplys,it effectively reduce the complexity of the power supply,guarantee the reliable and efficient operation.
