With the rapid development of mobile Internet and smart phones, mobile applications ha've become one of the most noticeable social changes in the past ten years, becoming an essential part of people's daily life and changing people's lifestyle imperceptibly.Users' experience needs and expectations for application products are continuously improving. The research focus in the field of human-computer interaction has gradually developed from the usability of application products to a more comprehensive understanding of the psychological and social impact of products on users' lives. Therefore,in the evaluation of user experience, there are many research methods that emphasize the subjective psychological characteristics of users.Based on the user's experience needs, there are the following problems in the research on the diversified experience of mobile application products:Firstly, mobile applications face diversified user groups, and unified design standards may not be able to meet the diverse needs of user groups with different cultural backgrounds.Secondly, the user experience research of traditional products pays more attention to the initial experience of the product and lacks the exploration of the development of user experience over time. However, mobile applications mainly provide services and need to pay more attention to the diversity of experience from the time dimension. Finally, whether the designer can fully understand the target user's perception of the application product is the basic condition of a good user experience. However, few researches have explored the differences between users and designers based on mobile applications. In order to solve the above problems step by step, this thesis proposes a multi?dimensional experience difference evaluation method based on user mental model, aiming at exploring the diversification of mobile application user experience, which is mainly studied from three aspects.First of all, through the attention mechanism of users, the cognitive dimensions of mobile application interfaces of users from different cultural backgrounds are explored.Secondly,a dynamic experience evaluation method based on user behavior is proposed. Finally, the multi-dimensional experience differences between users and designers are explored by combining emotional preferences and subjective and objective methods, and the correlation between subj ective perception and objective design attributes that cause the differences are established. The paper mainly includes the following research aspects.1·Study on cultural form cognitive differences based on the degree of attention.Combined with the use characteristics of mobile applications, this paper takes the cognitive attention mechanism of users as the starting point for the study of diverse experience differences and makes a comparative study of the attention mechanisms of user groups with different cultural backgrounds.By dismantling the user's attention mechanism to the design elements of the application interface, the correlation between the user's attention dimension and design attributes from different cultural backgrounds is compared.2.Research on dynamic experience difference of users based on experience behavior. The paper studies the diversification of user experience from the time dimension.Based on the user's experience behavior, this paper makes a comparative study of the user's initial experience and later experience and evaluates the difference of user experience behavior in different periods from multi-dimensional system.3.Research on the difference of experience between users and designers based on emotional preference. This paper explores the experience differences between users and designers from the emotional preference level.By considering the main preference dimensions of users and designers, the overall preference relationship between user groups and designer groups is evaluated.4.Research on multidimensional experience differences between users and designers based on CBE mental model.Based on CBE(Cognitive Attention,Experience Behavior,Emotional Preference)model, this paper studies the multidimensional experience difference relationship between users and designers in the conceptual design of application products and the comparison stage of competition products.Through structured interviews, personal attribute evaluation, combined with data analysis methods such as multidimensional scaling, principal component analysis and multiple regression, quantitative processing of rich qualitative data is established to realize multidimensional evaluation research on the relationship between experience differences.Based on the methodology of this paper,an empirical study on the diversified user experiences of mobile applications is established, which verifies the experience differences between different cultural groups, different time ranges, users and designers, and explores the correlation between subjective perception and objective design elements that cause differences.Through the evaluation method of subjective and objective combination, designers can be helped to understand the diversified needs of target users in a more comprehensive way so as to guide the design practice. At the same time,it also provides research ideas and methods for exploring diversified user experiences of mobile application products.
