| With the rise of smart home,smart bed has gradually come into people’s vision.Smart bed is a bed based on sensing technology to sense human physical signs which can adjust body position through control system.Its goal is to provide users with high-quality sleep experience service.However,according to the statistics,less than40% of consumers know about the smart bed in China.Keeson Technology Co.,Ltd.is a listed company integrating research and development,manufacturing and sales of smart beds,whose main sales market is Europe and the United States.However,facing the low penetration rate but broad prospects of the domestic market,it is urgent to promote the smart bed and its brand in combination with the brand strategy to occupy the domestic market first.The research topic of this thesis comes from the smart bed promotion project that the author participated in during the internship in Keeson Technology Co.,Ltd.In order to promote smart bed,the company proposes to set up smart bed experience cabins in commercial space,business office,airport and other places where people gather.By increasing user contacts and lowering the threshold of user experience,it can attract user to experience and increase their understanding of smart bed.The author deeply participated in the user experience design of the mobile application carrier of the experience cabin in this project.The mobile application is a contact point to connect the cabin,bed and user which provides the user with the control entrance of the experience cabin,hardware control and feedback display functions.Therefore,this thesis is based on the experience cabin service system to refine the real user needs in different scenarios,to sort out the product functions of the mobile terminal application combined with the hardware control and display needs of the experience cabin,and eventually,carries out the design to provide a good user experience with user-centered and brand VI vision reference.This thesis introduces the whole process of the mobile application carrier from the definition of product form to the iteration of design and development.We select the mobile application carrier – applet based on desktop research.Then,through qualitative research on users in different usage scenarios of cabin,we can understand the real user needs and depict the user portraits in different scenarios.After that,with the help of service design tools such as service blueprint,this thesis combs the hardware control and display requirements of user experience process and cabin service system,and summarizes the product functions of applet.According to the project requirements,business goals and user needs,combined with the characteristics of software and hardware interaction of different functions,the interactive design scheme is produced.At the same time,referring to the brand VI vision,we complete the visual scheme design.After the completion of the design scheme,the design scheme is verified and optimized according to the results through the combination of usability test and enterprise expert review.Finally,this thesis takes mini program as the carrier to provide experience service in the experience cabin,to connect users,experience cabin,smart bed and other multi-subject images in series,and to realize the closed-loop experience service in the experience cabin of smart bed.The product design method and software display processing method when software and hardware coupling control are summarized and extracted,which can provide reference for the design of the auxiliary application end of this kind of product. |
