Remanufacturing is a significant branch of the green manufacturing engineering industry.This thesis focuses on facility location,planning,inventory control and the associated issues involved in the remanufacturing service center of the supply chain.Particular attentions are devoted to the impact of uncertainty factors and the development of corresponding feasible operational control strategies according to the characteristics of remanufacturing.Verification for the effectiveness of strategies are also demonstrated;Under the background of enterprise application,from the perspective of the remanufacturing service center,limited enterprise resources are made full use of and feasible schedules are produced.A B/S service platform is set up to satiate practical business needs.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Established a remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain network design model consisting of multiple manufacturers,remanufacturers,transit centers and customer centers based on the location of remanufacturing service centers,and with the goal of optimizing remanufacturing network costs consider the fluctuations in demand in an environment of uncertainty in remanufacturing supply chains.A genetic artificial bee colony algorithm is proposed to introduce a new "food source" to solve this model.Specifically,the selection-cross-variation operation of the genetic algorithm is adopted and the field "honey source" mechanism is introduced in the local search to improve the efficiency of the algorithm.The Taguchi method is used to debug and improve the optimal parameters of the artificial bee colony algorithm in two different scale problems in the literature.At the same time,some case problems of the current research are corrected,and the artificial bee colony algorithm and traditional inheritance are compared for different test problems.The results of the algorithm are analyzed to reveal the performance advantages of the algorithm.(2)Based on the multi-project scheduling model,a multi-project scheduling algorithm with fixed resource constraints is proposed to schedule the key activities of multiple re-manufacturing projects when sharing resources.When a new order arrives,it is necessary to restart the planned re-arrangement of the push-pull combination strategy for each project task in the pending planning period to maximize the capacity of the Capacity Constrained Resource(CCR).In addition,the "connection relationship" and "continuation chain" are introduced in the multi-project task scheduling algorithm with fixed resource constraints.The tabu search method is used to formulate the neighborhood structure of the local search of project activities,improve the planning efficiency of multiple project activities,and find the optimization plan of multi-project scheduling in each planning cycle.Compared the performance and computational efficiency of algorithms,The feasibility and superiority of the proposed algorithm are verified.(3)A framework for remanufacturing parts inventory control method based on simulation predictive analysis is proposed.Based on the Agent-based modeling method,the process simulation of time-space correlation is carried out in the life stage of the usage,recycling and remanufacturing of engineering machinery products.The simulation results are used to analyze the consumption of parts inventory and find the inventory of each component;accordingly,the corresponding inventory management strategy is designed to optimize the system performance indicators such as the overall inventory level and out-of-stock conditions of components.(4)The reverse supply chain management and inventory control in the remanufacturing system of a construction machinery remanufacturing system is considered as the research application background,and the such application researches are carried out as demand analysis,function design and planning realization of the remanufacturing reverse logistics information platform;As one of the important premise and basic means to realize remanufacturing production and its planning and control,the research establishes the evaluation index system and decision system model of engineering machinery decommissioning product recycling and treatment process and develops the corresponding decision support system.Finally,a summary of the whole thesis is made,and future studies and applications are pointed out.
