| As China’s auto sales in 2018 fell for the first time, the Chinese auto industry market entered the cruel Red Sea era.Intense market competition requires enterprises to respond quickly to customer needs, reduce internal costs, and improve customer satisfaction.Supply chain coordination helps to strengthen corporate competitiveness,it becomes the consensus of the majority of enterprises.Purchasing and inventory management are important parts in supply chain.Managers must choice scientific management strategies, reduce internal costs of the supply chain, improve supply chain performance.J Company began efforts to explore supply chain coordination management for inventory and procurement imbalances, try to find a cooperative mode and explore a new method of purchasing and inventory dynamic balance in a new environment. This paper selects the supply chain as the perspective, analyzes the status of J company’s procurement management and inventory management, focuses on the uncoordinated situation, and believes that to change the status,we must study supply chain coordination from a new perspective. This paper is based on the supply of auto parts industry, reference to the comprehensive inventory strategy, build a multi-level procurement and inventory coordination supply chain model, the model set two goals: supply chain cost is minimized and customer satisfaction is the highest. In order to verify the validity of the model, two typical products of J company were selected as an example, collect the actual supply chain data, use genetic algorithm to solve, write MATLAB code calculation, get the best optimization parameters, and verify the model.that confirms the new management model will help to enhance the competitiveness of the supply chain. Finally,it proposes the corresponding supply chain improvement suggestions for the auto parts industry. This paper improves the multi-objective and multi-level cost model of the supply chain of auto parts enterprises, and uses the real case verification model to provide a reference for the implementation of procurement and inventory coordination management. |
