With the rapid development of civil aviation transport business in China,higher requirements are put forward on the safe operation and the efficiency of management of airport.Airports can be taken as the key nodes of civil aviation transportation,whose safe and efficient operation is the prerequisite for ensuring air transport services.Airfield area covers the airspace and the airside facilities,carrying the important mission of the aircraft’s take-off,landing and taxiing in safety.The manual management mode of airport clearance,pavement engineering and facilities in airfield area is low efficiency,complicated data,difficult to manage and maintain,and has been gradually unable to adapt to the rapid growth of aviation development.Therefore,the airfield operation management task is difficult and responsible.The wide application of information technology and the development of smart airport strategy have provided the foundation and opportunity for the digitalization of airport operation.The establishment of digital management system is also an international trend.In view of this,in order to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the airport airfield area,the establishment of a digital synthetic system guaranteeing the airfield operation is particularly urgent and necessary.Based on the analysis of factors to safety operation support of airfield area.First,focused research on the influence of shield tunnel construction on the airport runway and terminal building pile foundation is conducted.The distribution law of level additional load of pile foundation and deformation regularity of runway in the shield construction process are obtained.Further,based on the GIS software platform,this paper studies the management of airport clearance evaluation,pavement evaluation management and digital management of underground pipelines by using spatial information display and data management technology.Combining the powerful data management,analysis and spatial expression capability of 3D GIS,an integrated digital management system of airport airfield area operation is established.The main research work of the paper includes the following parts:In the field of runway and terminal security,the influence of shield tunneling on airport facilities is studied by finite element method.The influence of the pavement structure on the settlement of the pavement surface is studied.The results show that the larger the displacement of the pavement structure is,the smaller the displacement is.Reduced soil stiffness will increase the settlement value of the pavement structure.On this basis,the calculation model of asphalt concrete pavement and cement concrete pavement lateral settlement is obtained.Through the analysis of the additional load near the pile foundation during the construction of shield,the size and direction of the additional load on the adjacent pile foundation are closely related to the relative position of the shield.Through the example analysis,it is obtained that the pile foundation is located in the plane of the pile foundation,which is the most unfavorable condition that causes the pile to produce large deflection and shear.In the field of underground pipeline security,the composition and characteristics of underground pipeline in the airfield are analyzed.All of the underground pipeline are classified and digitalized in three dimensions according to their attribute information.The 3D visualized management model based on pipeline geographic information data is researched,and the 3D digital query and management of underground pipeline are realized.The functions such as the simulation of surface excavation,the analysis of cross section and the analysis of bursting pipes in different flow directions are studied and developed.The stress response of underground pipeline under the condition of uneven settlement is further studied.The effects of single factor,such as settlement range,maximum settlement depth,soil modulus,pipe diameter,pipe thickness and pipeline depth are studied.The mathematical model between the maximum stress of pipeline and the above factors is obtained by orthogonal design method.The intelligent estimation method of pipeline safety status under the condition of given surface settlement range and maximum settlement depth is then presented.In the field of pavement evaluation managemen,the digitalization of the airport pavement 3D scene and pavement attribute information,the analysis of attribute information database and the study on the algorithm of pavement performance indexes and functional modules has been carried on,which has implemented the three-dimensional scene demonstration of airport pavement information,the inquiry of attribute information,the PCN & PCI calculation of the runway based on field surveys and test data,the prediction of the runway’s remaining service life and the generation of the thematic map under the given condition.Based on the data in the airport construction process,the three-dimensional model which represents the original geomorphology of the airfield and the pavement structure from the surface to the base and the related attribute information database are established,which provides comprehensive and deep data support for pavement maintenance management and decision-making.After that,the pavement integrated management concept based on spatial structure is proposed.The prediction of PCI variation based on the gray model is further studied,and the model is corrected by the two influencing factors,the traffic volume and CBR of the soil.The modified model is used to predict the pavement performance of PCI and to determine the critical value between the phases of steady development and acceleration decay,which provides the basis for the maintenance decision.The common maintenance methods of the pavement are studied,and the functional modules are proposed to provide the maintenance suggestions and maintenance methods according to the test results and the predicted results.In the field of clearance evaluation management,the mathematical models based on the ICAO Annex 14 and 8168-ILS obstacle limitation surfaces are analyzed,and after the algorithm research,the 3D scene model of obstacle limitation surfaces based on geographical information is established under GIS platform.3D visualization management and evaluation of obstacles based on geographic information are realized by coordinate transformation analysis in different coordinate systems,obstacle model automatic generation and research on 3D obstacles evaluation algorithm,etc.Furthermore,by research on aircraft flight trajectory and attitude control algorithm,the 3D dynamic simulation of aircraft approach and departure according to the flight procedures has been realized on the basis of the 3D scene,which can provide powerful technical support on the evaluations such as of airport location,multi-runway parallel operation mode and flight procedures,as well as on clearance protection zone management.Finally,combined with the above research results,a comprehensive operation support system of engineering and facilities of airfield area is developed.
