Construction is the process of structure from scratch,it's also the most important part in the building life cycle.The security in construction stage directly related to the quality,the cost,and the difficulty of operation and maintenance.As for the super high-rise building,the project scale is large,and the construction period is long,construction method and construction loads adversely affected on the main structure and deformation.If there is no scientific construction scheme,no straightforward process,no clear hazard section,no grasping the internal force of the structure during the construction,it will cause safety accidents.This paper takes Tianjin Noble Winland International Financial Center as the research background,studies on super high-rise buildings construction simulation and internal forces monitoring as the center.In this paper BIM visualization techniques are used as a means to express;it targets the scientific guidance,ensuring construction safety;it uses BIM and computer technology,through BIM model sharing it realized the implementation of finite element software for BIM model data access and extraction functions,and it completed study on internal forces monitoring and construction simulation of super high-rise building construction based on BIM technology.The main research contents are as follows:1.Study and develop BIM modeling standards for super high-rise building,realize 3D model data sharing functionFor the ‘Mega-column & Steel plate shear wall & extended truss& Hoop truss' mixed system,taking BIM as a platform,secondary develop API interface,study and develop steel modeling software based on Revit,research solutions to the key problems such as the build 3D space truss system and steel structure nodes optimization;Create BIM library file of super high-rise building and enrich it,form a complete set of BIM modeling standards.All of these provide a good reference and guidance for BIM modeling of super high-rise building.Divide BIM data according to IFC standards,combined with the XML and relational database,develop BIM model data storage and access mechanisms,the efficiency of data access has been increased by 6 times.Based on Visual Studio,taking C # language to develop program interface module,realize BIM 3D model sharing and the finite element software access.2.Super high-rise building simulation study considering time-varying influence during constructionAccording to the time-varying structure,time-varying load,material time-varying theory,simulate the whole process for the main structure based on BIM visualization techniques.Using the developed program interface module,import the BIM model data of the main structure into SAP2000,construction simulate three important contents,including layers of internal core cylinder prior to external framework during construction,loading modes of the main structure,shrinkage and creep of the material.Analyze the vertical displacement of the mega-column and core cylinder and the vertical displacement difference of the main structure,determine the hazards section location,and found that in the method of precise construction process loading,the vertical displacement and its changing tendency are minimal impacted when the prior layers is 8-12.Considering the effect of shrinkage and creep of concrete,the maximum vertical displacement of the mega-column and core cylinder increases by 21.69% and 52.57% respectively,and the vertical displacement difference of the main structure increases by nearly 3 times,take account of the adverse effects of shrinkage and creep effects on structure,reduce safety dangers during construction.3.Innovation study on structural internal force monitoring based on cloud platforms and BIMBased on cloud computing and cloud storage technology,propose architecture of the cloud platform monitoring system,develop a complete and efficient set of cloud platform monitoring system of internal forces,and solve the problem of monitoring data sharing.Develop optimization software of monitoring system based on BIM and VB;realize following functions: visualization of monitoring points,the sensor positioning search,the rapid access to the stress development curve;all of these solved the problem of monitoring visualization.By installing 709 vibrating wire strain sensor,internal force monitor the mega-column and steel plate shear wall,the comparison between the monitored value and the simulated value is in good agreement.The stress state and development trend of the structure are analyzed by measuring the stress curve,ensure the safety and stability during the construction.4.Study on mechanical properties of horizontal strengthened storey during constructionUsing BIM to optimize the steel structure truss joints,make simulation animation for horizontal strengthened storey during the construction,and check the structure design defect and professional pipeline collision.Import the BIM model of horizontal strengthened storey into SAP2000 via program interface module,mechanical calculate the extended truss structure and the connection time of the truss joints,then found that the horizontal strengthened storey should adopt the K shaped extended truss,should be one-time installation after the construction completed,avoiding the secondary internal forces too large to lead the rod to yield,ensure the safety and stability during the construction.5.Study on the effect of construction equipment on steel plate shear wall structureBuild BIM 3D model for steel plate shear wall,jib crane and hydraulic climbing formwork;simulate steel plate shear wall construction process attached with construction equipments.Import the model into ANSYS,calculate the load value of supporting system node.Import the model of steel plate shear wall into SAP2000,consider crane jib arm and the wall into five different angle conditions,calculate and analyze the stress and displacement cloud graph of steel plate shear wall,then figure out it's the worst case when the arm of the jib crane and the wall are vertical,so it should shorten the operation time for this condition.The maximum vertical stress and the maximum vertical displacement increased 68.9% and 30% respectively when the crane jib and hydraulic climbing formwork are attached in the same time compared with construction equipment attachments-free condition.Internal force monitor the steel plate shear wall,ensure safety of steel plate shear wall in the condition of crane rated loading.6.Study on welding residual stress of steel plate shear wallCombining steel plates BIM 3D model with ANSYS direct coupling method,by optimizing the size of welded steel plate and the way the heat source applied,set up calculation model for steel plate welded,simulate the interaction between the steel plate welding thermal field and the structure field,and then get the corresponding value,the comparison between the monitored value and the simulated value is in good agreement.It shows a tensile stress state when the longitudinal residual stress and transverse residual stress in the middle area of the weld,however it shows a compressive stress when they are at both ends of the weld.The longitudinal residual stress is much larger than the transverse residual stress,which is the main factor of welding residual stresses.Through the value of welding residual stress and the stress value got from the calculation under the precise loading condition are linearly superimposed,propose the prediction method of stress state in normal use stage of steel plate shear wall,then the safety of the steel plate shear wall in the normal use stage is predicted.
