Micro-grid is an important way to promote the transformation of traditional energy structure to renewable-based and new-style energy structure.Modelling and topology analysis based on complex network theory can describe the evolutionary characteristics and internal mechanisms of the micro-grid and its related sub-grids accurately,from the perspective of supply and demand.This paper attempts to analyze the dynamics and complexity of the evolution of micro-grid.Three models are constructed: a threshold network model for the interaction of listed PV companies,a real-time electricity price demand response model based on price elasticity and credits,and a micro-grid configuration optimization model coupled with PV and energy storage.Three aspects are discussed in the empirical results: first,this paper seeks the promotion and influence of market economy and industry internal factors on the development of renewable energy industry chain.Second,this paper seeks the complex interaction principle between market,behavior guidance,policy incentives,subsidy mechanism and demand response.Third,this paper seeks the interaction between various stakeholders in the micro-grid and the external environments.What's more,the practical application and value of the models are explored further using richer,detail,and reliable actual data,as well as extensive survey.The main contents are as follows:First,from the perspective of supply side,study how to promote the benign development of the renewable energy industry is of great significance for improving the utilization rate of renewables in the power grid,reducing the dependence on fossil fuels,and ensuring the security of energy supply.In this paper,the stock data of listed companies is used to describe the correlation between enterprises;the relationships between income,total assets and relevancy among industrial chain are used to describe the cooperation-competition relationship among enterprises from the perspective of market.A multi-stage threshold network is constructed through the systematic review of the development of China's PV industry,industrial chain distribution,and PV development incentives.Then,three aspects,including the intrinsic influence level of PV enterprises,the ability of enterprises to control and interact with each other,and the related factors of the stable development characteristics of the PV industry chain,are analyzed by stages.Evolutionary analysis of the models and their indicators reveals the mechanisms underlying these potential related factors.And,according to the comprehensive comparison of diversification indicators,we will select the leading enterprises in China's PV industry.It can be used to explore the internal driving force of the sustainable development of the renewable energy market.Finally,these study can provide inspiration for promoting the benign development of the supply-side renewable energy industry chain of micro-grid.Second,from the perspective of demand side,the specific “virtual” real-time electricity price signals according to different user loads point out the direction for further refinement and improvement of demand response implementation.In this paper,family situation,electricity habits,electricity consumption features,acceptance level of green household appliances,and willingness to respond to demand response by users are investigated.The heterogeneity of users' demand price elasticity are analyzed by using the results of the questionnaire.In the paper,the users' “power inertia factor” is defined as the time rate change of the actual power load curve.And,the non-economic factors of electricity consumption is defined as the “electricity habit change amount” combining with the change value of power consumption.After that,the characteristics of decision-making behavior of users with different response features are analyzed.And,a single-objective optimization model with multiple constraints is established.In this optimization model,the actual expenditure of electricity and electricity habits is considered.The model also provides the incentive mechanism for the integral subsidy by integrating the implementation effect of the users' peak-filling and valley filling.Then,the impact of different mechanisms on the overall level of demand response is explored.As for the investigation,analysis and quantitative study on the users' electricity behaviors,it provides new ideas and feasible methods for the portrayal,classification and depiction of the micro-grid.Third,a light-storage integration micro-grid system model is constructed.In this model,the demand-side load and the actual external environmental conditions are considered,by considering the complementarity of multiple energy sources in order to control the power generation cost and to reduce the dependence of the micro-grid on the large power grid.Then,the optimization of grid-connected control,energy management and battery control of micro-grid is studied according to the specific implementation conditions and objectives of a micro-grid project.In the meantime,the output of different energy sources within the micro-grid is compared and the economic value of the micro-grid system is comprehensively evaluated,while analyzing the external conditions and environmental factors of the micro-grid.Lastly,the best solution for rationally setting the energy ratio of the micro-grid when then external environmental conditions change is given,and the promotion value of the opticalstorage integrated micro-grid energy system is evaluated and analyzed.Overall,this paper studies energy supply-demand system from the supply and demand sides respectively,and combines them through the renewable-based micro-grid.Through the research on China's PV industry subsystem,the development track and competitive advantage of the leading enterprises are explored.Through the research on the real-time electricity price demand response optimization model,the optimization strategy of “virtual” real-time electricity price that meets the regional power market changes and user consumption characteristics is explored.Careful portrayal and analysis of consumer behavior habits will help to better manage power demand side,and improve power grid stability and reduce fossil energy consumption.
