The Sustainable Renewal Strategy Of Small Town Built Environment

The construction and development of small towns is a realistic choice for the process of urbanization with Chinese characteristics.Small towns,on the one hand,are the end of the urban system,on the other hand,are the economic and cultural centers and agglomeration bases in rural areas.It have long played a role in connecting urban and rural area and promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural.In recent years,the construction of small towns in China has achieved some achievements,but also still faced many new difficulties and problems.Based on the practice and reflection of the three-year action plan for the Comprehensive environmental improvement of small towns in Zhejiang Province,this paper puts forward the research on the sustainable renewal strategy of small towns built environment in under the guidance of the new construction model.The practice in the South mountainous area of West Zhejiang is the basis of practical cases,which provides ideas and reference for the construction of small towns in China.This paper makes a thorough study of the history and theory of urban and rural development at home and abroad through the grounded theory method,makes a comparative analysis of "Built environment" and "human settlement environment" and"historical environment",and explains that the research focusing in the built environment which includes the building environment,natural environment and human environment.Through the research of "metabolism","organic Renewal","Urban revival" and "Homologous design",this paper summarizes the theoretical framework of the built environment's renewal strategy with urban and rural attributes,which includes the holistic strategy,the integrated system planning system,the open working procedure and the gradual working method of the sequential sequence.Under the guidance of the theory system of updating strategy,this paper fully analyzes the practical cases of relevant small towns,and summarizes two kinds of updating strategies,such as the dominant artificial creation elements and natural evolutionary elements divided from the type of built environment,as well as the multi-scale subdivision sustainable updating strategy from regional cluster to individual to area to fragment to detail.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to establish the evaluation index system at all levels,and the cases selected at each level are calculated by fuzzy analysis method,and the feedback is good in all aspects,but it needs to be further deepened in the aspect of green energy saving,and a more practical updating strategy is put forward.
