In the current critical stage of China's economic development,sustainable development and green development have become the inherent needs of development of all parties,and power management must also be coordinated with economic and social development.Power demand side management helps to dispatch power resources during peak periods,and it can also make more efficient use of renewable resources to promote reform of the entire power market.As a kind of professional social information,the quality of power demand-side information is very important to accurately reflect the demand for social power,and the evaluation of its information quality becomes a necessary job.Although China's power demand-side resources are relatively abundant,the development has reached a certain scale,and related supporting policies and technologies are being initially implemented.However,compared with developed countries,there is still a large gap in the management of power demand-side projects in China,and there are many constraints.Among them,The management method of power demand side information and its information quality need to be strengthened.In view of the above problems,the following work has been done in this article:(1)Discuss the relevant theories of power demand side management.Based on the related theories such as data measurement framework,information quality system theory,and grounded theory,elaborate the specific content and conceptual connotation of power demand side information,and initially build the power demand side information evaluation dimension.(2)Comprehensively analyze the establishment principles and influencing factors of the power demand-side information quality index system,and build a power demand-side information quality evaluation index system based on the grounded theory.The indicator system includes three levels of evaluation indicators,including four first-level evaluation indicators,ten second-level evaluation indicators,and three-level evaluation indicators.In addition,an analytic hierarchy process is used to effectively quantify each indicator in the power demand-side information quality evaluation index system.The collected data is calculated with the help of Yaahp software to determine the weight of each evaluation index.(3)This paper applies the multi-level extension theory to evaluate the power demand-side information quality and constructs an extension evaluation model.The information quality level is determined through the calculation of the correlation degree in the extension theory,and the important factors affecting the information quality on the power demand side are analyzed,so that it can be optimized in a targeted manner.The empirical analysis of the smart demonstration park in Z city verified the feasibility and scientificity of the power demand side information quality evaluation system and evaluation model constructed in this paper,making the conclusion more instructive.
