Traffic information release is one of the important strategies adopted by intelligent means to manage traffic congestion.It aims to guide public travel through the release of traffic information,so as to balance the distribution of traffic in the road network system and achieve the purpose of traffic congestion control.In order to further improve the performance of the use of information in congestion management,it is necessary to thoroughly study the impact of information release strategy on congestion control.However,there is still a lack of systematic research on this issue in the academic community.In order to make up for the shortcomings of current research,this study will explore the mechanism of the impact of information release strategy on congestion control based on the behavior of travelers.On the basis of literature research and theoretical research,variety of research methods in a comprehensive manner is used,aiming at clarifying the impact of information release on congestion management through the exploration of traveler behavior under information release strategy.The main contents of this study are as follows:First,the impact of different information release strategies on the individual path selection behavior of travelers is analyzed.Based on the literature analysis and expected utility theory,prospect theory,and TAM model,an index system for the influencing factors of individual traveler choice behavior related to information release strategies is constructed.By establishing a multiple linear regression model,the effect of different information release strategies on the individual behavior of the traveler is obtained.Second,travelers' group behavior under the information release strategy is analyzed.Based on the theory of evolutionary game,an evolutionary game model for decision-making of traveler groups under the influence of information is established.Through the solution of the steady state of the model,the relationship between traveler's individual behavior and group behavior and the evolution of travelers' group behavior under the influence of traffic information are explored.Third,the influence and mechanism of traveler behavior on congestion control underinformation release strategy is explored.Based on the characteristics of personal behaviors and group behaviors of travelers under the influence of information,the individual behaviors and group behaviors of travelers under the influence of information are taken as an organic whole,exploring how the release of traffic information acts on the individual and the group decision-making,then changes the distribution of traffic flow in the road network system,and ultimately affects the performance of traffic congestion control.Finally,policy recommendations of congestion control under the information release strategy is put forward.Based on the impact mechanism of travelers behaviour under information release strategy on congestion control,several policy recommendations related to congestion control is raised,including improving the quality of road conditions information collection,strengthening the ability of intelligent research and judgment of congestion control,timely adjusting the information release strategy,relying on government-enterprise cooperation to optimize information release characteristics,paying attention to the attitude of the travelers and providing legal and institutional guarantees related to information construction of congestion control.This study explores the impact of different information release strategies on the individual behavior of travelers,and build a more complete index system including subjective and objective factors,achieving innovation in the index system;not only researching the impact of information release strategies on travelers' individual choice,but also focusing on travelers' group behaviour under the information release conditions,comprehensively analyzing the behavior characteristics of the travelers under the strategy of information release,realizing the innovation of research perspective;the individual behavior and group behavior are integrated into a unified research framework,and the joint impact of the two behaviors on congestion control is studied,then the impact mechanism of information release strategy on congestion management based on traveler behavior is systematically analyzed,realizing the research system innovation.Through research,it is found that the information release strategy will affect the congestion management in three phases.The first stage is to realize the redistribution of traffic flow by affecting the individual's behavior choices;the second stage is to influence the traveler's group selection results to achieve the initial equilibrium state of traffic flow;the third stage is in the environment where the interference factors exist,realizing the dynamic equilibrium of the traffic system.The flow chart of the impact of traveler behavior on congestion control under the information release strategy in this study has important reference value for traffic management departments to improve the performance of using information release strategy to control traffic congestion.
